I like this product. I use it with my sinus rinse equipment. The product mixes clear with water. There are no globs of unmixed powder. The price with the 200 to 300 units of powder is very cost effective when compared to the premixed versions.

I am a 47 year old man and have very bad year round allergies. I used to get sinus infections badly at least 4 times a year. I have had endoscopic nasal surgery done by my ENT twice and now (knock on wood) with medications and this product I may only get a sinus infection once a yerar. Medication nasal sprays for allergies are a must but so is self care. I do a nasal irrigation of my sinuses every night and my doctor says it is this self care that has me so much better.And this Sinuair powder is what I use for my nightly irrigation. I have a nasal spray bottle and I mix one spoonful of this powder with water for a gentle cleansing and moisturizing nasal wash. It is so soothing and takes very little time. Plus making this part of your daily regiment will keep the sinus infections away and keep your allergies at bay. I have purchased this powder from allergy sites and my doctor's office but this price here is an amazing good deal.I think with allergies so rampant now that people forget self care is the primary resource to good heath. This product is recommended by leading ENT's and allergists. My nose says thank you every day and my health has been so much better. I just want to end by saying this powder is very gentle and soothing when used. It does not sting or cause any irritation. If you have allergies, sinus infections and headaches or a stuffy nose, this product is a must.

Really like this stuff. I had been coming off the store bought NeilMed stuff originally and I do remember it taking a little getting used to. I've tried going using NeilMed again couple times (bought some at a store when I forgot to refill) and I actually don't like that kind anymore.What I like:- I can adjust the strength as needed- less waste / more environmentally friendly / less annoying packages to deal withWhat I don't like:- I do neti pots fairly frequently... not just when I think I might be getting sick. I wish they had an even bigger one than the refill containers (which are at least somewhat bigger than this). Something that was at least a 32oz / 900mL would be awesome.- would be nice if the container neck was wider and/or had a pour spout. Honestly, if it was just a square box with a snap-on seal type lid, that would be ideal (easy to make, easy to get off, easy to fit the scooper in even when it gets low).

This is the best powdered saline that I have found for the price. Yes, you can make your own, but this is extremely convenient and the blend is extremely soothing to my sinuses. I used this consistently in the past, but decided to try a different type of system that used pods. I can’t believe how much better this works compared to that system when I went back to using this.

OK, here's my problem: when I recieved this product it was rock hard inside. The salt had to be broken apart. It was so hard I couldn't even do it with the bottom of a spoon, so I used a knife. Well, it turns out that there is a silica gel packet at the bottom which I punctured and let out all the little silica BBs. Obviously I couldn't use it after that... I'm thinking I might keep the bottle. So yeah, I ended up with a $14.95 200ml bottle.

This does wonders to clear my nose when I have a cold. Two to three times a day, no side effects , just clear breathing without the burn.

I have been using SinuAir for a long time now, and I always get great results from the product. I use it with a powered Nasal Irrigation unit, and have always had good performance from this product. When I do need customer support this company has been very responsive and has gone the extra mile to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. This, combined with the ainu pulse irrigation system is perhaps the best natural allergy relief made period. A chronic spring allergy sufferer, I have tried nearly everything and anything to fine relief. This system combined with the allergy irrigation nasal system is better than any antihistamine I have tried. Use to the two together and you have a full proof solution to your allergy and cold problems. Well worth the money. Amazon strikes a perfect victory in price here again.

Nicht nur für die Besitzer der elektrischen Nasendusche des gleichen Herstellers ist dieses Set sehr praktisch. Man hat auch in wenigen Augenblicken ein Salzwassernasenspray hergestellt. Dies kann man viel häufiger als andere Sprays benutzen, ohne dass es der Schleimhaut schadet. Die Dosierhilfen sind äusserst praktisch und es macht sowohl die Nutzung der Nasendusche als auch des Sprays zum Kinderspiel.

Als Pollenalergiker muss ich sagen, das beste Salz das ich kenne, Löst sich schnell und super auf, angenehm in der Nase, reizt nicht,allerdings recht teuer.Bei zwei Spülungen am Tag ist es bald leer.

NOT A GOOD PRODUCT ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, I TOTALLY REGRET BUYING IT!!!!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED
