Way better quality than expected. Fit my iPhone SE 2020 perfectly and is ACTUALLY waterproof, that’s not just an empty claim. Closed perfectly fine, added the thickness to my phone that I needed, super easy to install, added more grip to the phone and feels like it will actually protect my phone if I drop it. Definitely recommend.

I was looking for a durable waterproof case for my old iPhone 8. I hike and do trail running and need a good case because I'm always dropping my phone in water, mud, etc. I've gone with Lifeproof but they just don’t seem to last for the expensive price! I saw this case, loved the design (the color and clear back is cool!). It had great reviews and a great price so I got it. What a great case! Very easy to install, very durable, and definitely waterproof (I dropped my phone a few times in the snow, and it was fine)! Unfortunately in a few weeks, the rubber part covering the charging port fell off. I was just going to order a new case, but I decided to email the company. And they just sent me a new case. Great customer service and a great case. 100% recommend!

Love the product and the look of it but it does muffle the sound a little bit

It’s hard to state my over satisfaction, CellEver has gone above and beyond with their product quality, and of their merchandise I’ve purchased, I’ve been happy every time.

Update: The newer version of this case has a thicker, more durable tiny little tab. Included instructions say pull open the plug (pull on the tiny little tab) to be heard more clearly over the phone. Bought the purple case this time, very nice looking.Bought the lime green case on June 28, 2022. On July 15, 2023, it is finally time to buy a new case. The tiny little tab I pull on to plug in my power cord or corded Apple earbuds, that tiny little tab broke off. I had to use a tool to pry up the plug sealing the power and data port. I'm still happy with the case, People have a hard time hearing me talk on the phone. But, I have dropped the phone several times, no damage. After a few weeks, enough debris from outside gets inside the case so I can not use my fingerprint recognition pad.Old reviewPeople say the lime green case is pretty. I bought it to protect from work - shotblast - tiny steel balls the size of a period at the end of a sentence and so lightweight they are carried on wind currents. They are called "shot" and used like sandblasting. Shot gets into everything: stuck to my phone's magnetic speaker and magnetic microphone and on me!This phone case encases my phone enough so that the shot does NOT stick to the magnets nor get in the phone case. I am very pleased - one challenge in my life crossed off the list!Funny thing - several items came in the mail while I was eagerly waiting for the phone case to arrive, no that's not it, no that's not mine, junk mail, wrong address, YES! Does it fit together and work as advertised? Yes! The day before I went to work, I was eager to go to work (unusual) so I could test the phone case against the shot's ability to get into everything. YES!I am well pleased.

So for background, I usually go for LifeProof cases, but decided to try this one after reading reviews.It's been on my phone only about a day, but I've noticed a few thingsPros:-Easy to install-Pretty lightweight-Seems durable. I say seems because I haven't dropped it yet-Easy to hold. The case I had before this (not LifeProof) was nice but the back was slippery so I had to be careful not to drop it.-It fits closely to the phone without air pocketsCons:-Acustics. There is only a small vent for the phone's speaker, and I don't even really hear anything come out of there. I only get what comes out via the earpiece for talking on the phone. If you like to play music or watch videos without headphones, like I do sometimes, expect the sound to only be about 75% or less of what it usually is.-The cover for the charging port is made out of what appears to be a silicone strip that inserts into the case. Compared to LifeProof's plastic flip cover, I feel that this will wear out much faster.-Instead of a usual switch cover for the silence switch (the one that puts your phone on vibrate. I'm not sure what the specific name is) there's a weird wheel thing. It works, but it's gonna take me a minute to get used to. I don't usually turn my phone off silent though, so it shouldn't be a really big problem.-This case appears to smudge easily. By that, I mean fingerprints or anything oily will leave a mark.-Like most cases like this, if you get dust in there it's not coming out. Some was on my phone that I didn't get off before I installed the case, and I've tried everything short of a Swiffer dry wipe to get it out.Overall, I think you get what you pay for. It's a good case for the price you pay, but I certainly wouldn't pay much more for this. The main reason I gave it the rating I did is for the problem of the volume and the charging port cover.

Many waterproof cases make the silent button very difficult to use. On this case, it works quite well.

I do a lot of kayaking and wet wading, and was looking for a phone case that would stay dry. This does appear to keep the phone dry, but you can’t use your phone as a phone. Other people can’t hear you when you make calls, the speaker is too muffled to listen to music, and voice to text is useless. I have to literally take my phone out of the case every time I want to make a call or receive a call. This is not a sustainable solution; I will be going back to my old phone case and maybe keep this one in my pack for when I go out on the water. But if I had an emergency on the water, where I needed to make a call, I’d still have to take it out of the case so the dispatch could hear me…..so maybe not. Don’t waste your money!

Had high hopes and was looking for an alternative to Lifeproof cases. Always loved Lifeproof but thought I’d try this due to expense. But you get what you pay for. Very cheap quality. The case is not as advertised. The sound quality is horrible and the case does not clip together seamlessly after taking the phone out once.

As listed, took a little long in coming, serves its purpose.
