Smittybilt 472122 Charcoal/Black Neoprene Seat Covers for 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL 4-Door

It was easy enough to install with one, two would be easier. I struggle with the hooks under the seat and still have a couple to latch. I was hoping the seats fit more like a glove and maybe with use they will. Seem very durable and will keep the original seats protected.

The Gen 2 is made to allow for the rear seat center armrest. If you don't have a center armrest, you will have a velcro panel in the middle of the seat that will cover the center headrest. The center headrest will not be usable. The Gen 1 covers are made to fit rear seats without the folding armrest, and still allow use of the center headrest. The Gen 2 also has side vents in the front seats that may work better with optional seat side airbags. Gen 1 covers do not have the 1ront seat side vents. The seat covers fit well, and are excellent quality. The Gen 2 red stitching is a nice touch, and the removable front seat back panels allow you to still use the molle attachments. Installation takes some work, but is straightforward, and takes about 3 hours. Warming the covers in the sun will help.

Takes a while (and some flexibility) to install particularly if seats are in vehicle because you need to fasten under them. Middle seat does not allow you to access that seat belt when fastened so this is not ideal in terms of flexibility of armrest use / seat belt use.

These were NOT easy to install at all, but that should have been a plus because that should have meant they were tight fitting. The top and bottom sections secure by Velcro. Which means every time someone gets in and out of the Jeep if they slide along the seats the Velcro comes apart and I have to spend a good amount of time trying to stuff the Velcro back into the seat to connect it on the back. All together I wouldn’t recommend these. I wish I had spent a little extra money and gotten a better quality seat cover.Edit:Less than 3 months later I’m trying to figure out how to get these off and wash them, because they look like they just absorb dirt. I’m tempted to just toss them. Waste of money.

I love them, they are made of material that will last! Great price.

The driver side keeps slipping off-

So my first review was ....A little difficult to install but very durable and good quality work. They take a little getting use to but I would recommend them......However after having them for 7 months, I would not buy these. They do not stay on the seat well, the seams are already coming apart, the latches for securing the bottom seat cover are busting and tearing away from the cover. Spent to much money to have them fall apart that fast.

Honestly was skeptical buying it but they are some great seat covers highly recommended
