Along Came Coco: A Story About Coco Chanel

Really cute book. Nothing too out there as the fashion world can be interesting to say the least. Nice illustrations & I liked how it showed in short how the world got to know who Coco Chanel was as a child to adult.

This adorable book is actually a children's book. I gave it to my little 4 year old neighbor to enjoy. She is darling and is always quite the fashionista. The book is really cute.

I have so many books about Chanel. Some for me, some for kids. This is my least favorite. To me, this was more of a Madeline book but they changed the name to Chanel to sell more books. Not sure where they got some of their information. Lots of stuff about what Chanel “thought to herself”. Just keep looking for a better story about Coco Chanel.

DO NOT BUY!WHy in the world would one write a children’s book about a known Nazi sympathizer and collabotator? Why BUY a book about one? Shame!

Das Buch ist wirklich super. Es ist echt wunderschön. Es Liest sich sehr leicht. Ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen.

Gorgeously illustrated book. Not much story to it at all... the blurb at the back is far more detailed than the actual story itself. I was expecting much more of a if you can dream it you can do it vibe but it lacked this. I had this on preorder since last year... it was unfortunately not worth the wait.
