That was originally what I ordered it for, and it would have met my needs perfectly. I decided before I received it that I wanted to mount my switch inside a box as well, so I returned this bracket. The bracket was not deep enough to accommodate my switch. I had to purchase a much more expensive box which would hold the switch. This bracket would have been great for just the patch panel and a power strip. It is very heavy, well-made, and has a hinged side to access the patch panel. I almost kept it just as a backup for future needs! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great with the 48 port patch panel I purchased *by on Reviewed in the United States October 13, 2022* Great little mounting bracket. I like the hinge on one side for ease of use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy professional unit *by on Reviewed in the United States November 30, 2015* This item was exactly what my business needed to secure our new telephone 24 port punch down panel. It's great for a small job or compact space. Look at bigger units if you need to mount more than two single units and ensure the mounting space is strong enough to bear the final weight.Overall sturdy affordable and professional product, and it's a prime item... what not to love ## Frequently Bought Together - StarTech.com 4U Hinged Wall Mount Patch Panel Bracket - 6 inch Deep - 19" Patch Panel Swing Rack for Shallow Network Equipment- 33lbs (WALLMOUNTH4) - TRENDnet 24-Port Blank Keystone 1U Patch Panel, 1U 19" Metal Rackmount Housing, Recommended with TC-K25C6 & TC-K50C6 Cat6 Keystone Jacks (Sold Separately), Black, TC-KP24 - Everest 90Β° Angled RJ45 Cat6 Keystone Jacks 50-Pack in White - Slim Profile Female RJ45 Connectors - Cat 6 Keystone Jack - Compatible with 90Β° Angled Speed Termination Tool - easyJACK (B094WB91H3) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://jersey.desertcart.com/products/10751339-startech-com-4u-hinged-wall-mount-patch-panel-bracket-6](https://jersey.desertcart.com/products/10751339-startech-com-4u-hinged-wall-mount-patch-panel-bracket-6) --- *Product available on Desertcart Jersey* *Store origin: JE* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
