Adhesive seems far superior to KT Tape which was my first use of such a product
Price is really affordable, the adhesion seems superior. I can keep on for a week if I so desire. The easy to remove is relative, sure it comes off easy. However the pain factor is comparable to KT Tape or a bit more intense. Just peel slow and hold skin taught.If you have hair shaving probably a good idea also, My knee not so hairy so I just deal with it. It will be uncomfortable either way. The real key for me is to make certain I clean my skin with alcohol prior to application. I found a YouTube video for knees specifically & they recommended Two Layers which provides so much more support!

It doesn't adhere as well as the generic drugstore Kinesiology tape or KT branded tape I usually buy. Got this because I'm always needing to tape an injury and it was a good price.I took a shower and the tape peeled loose. It did re-adhere when it dried. I wouldn't sot in the tub with it.Also the edges roll a lot throughout the day.

Works good.
Tape for my wifes bad knee. A tape was recommended by her Physical therapist. I chose this brand because it looked good. sticks well. Looks great, in my opinion.

Sooo perfect!!! The Kinesiology tape provides light support, prevents injuries from getting worse, and relieves pain. Provides flexible support that's not immobilizing but better then no support.I will not leave it any more.

Works well
Do not stretch tape at ends, it will produce a rash like symptom and damage the skin. This is any type of K-tape not just this one.

it works but i'm allergic to the tape that gave me blisters when the tape came off.
I love the prints but had to return due to my allergic reactions to the tape.
