Not amazing product, but company is!
This clothes folder came and as soon as I opened the box, I noticed the package was warped (not from water or anything). The folder in the wrapping was visibly warped, and I could tell that the product was not as high quality as what is pictured here. I could see even through the plastic some scratch/wear marks on the plastic, and the color was noticeably lighter than pictured. I opened the folder out of the (previously opened) packaging and it was clear this was a used product. One of the connector brackets kept snapping off whenever I would move that piece to fold the clothes, my folder also did not have the same amount of holes on each panel as shown in the picture. It is also MUCH smaller than I thought it would be- it couldn't even fit a small sized shirt! I did not think this product would be a miracle worker or would fold my clothes magically, but it literally was harder trying to use this thing than folding it by hand. It also did not work properly with one panel constantly coming apart. There is one sheet of paper that comes with the packaging and it has "directions" that I can hardly follow and the folder pictured was different than the one that it was packaged with.Overall, I am definitely wary of trying other "laundry/clothes folders" after my experience with this one, and will most likely just stick to folding by hand for now, as most of the products I've seen on Amazon look almost exactly the same as each other (and as this one). Just thought I would warn others, as I buy often from Amazon Prime, and use others' product reviews before making my decision. In this case, I agree with a lot of the negative reviews of the product in terms of functionality and ease of use.UPDATE:I was contacted by the company after leaving this review, and although I had already returned the product to Amazon, they still offered to send me a replacement one to see if that would be better, and they seem to clearly value customer satisfaction. I received the replacement pretty quickly actually, and it was not damaged like the first one, but I still would not say that this makes folding much easier. Unfortunately the product did not work as I hoped, but I have found alternate uses for the product and used it to fold some very small items. I would definitely recommend this company (especially if you are going to buy a clothes folder from Amazon) because they definitely care about customer satisfaction and are willing to work with you until you are happy, which is not the case with many other companies. Although this particular product did not work out for me, I would recommend their company to others either looking for this product, or any of their other items, as they seem to truly value your feedback and help you if you experience any issues with their product.

Works like a champ, I guess
I bought this thing for something completely different than folding 1000's of t-shirts. It didn't work out as I anticipated for that project, but let's move on and give an honest review. It comes in a nice tight package. Sturdy so it can be reused for either storing it, or something else besides filling up your recycle bin. The product seems tight in the sense that nothing looks like its going to break just by looking at it. The instructions are useless IMHO and going to the manufacturer video on youtube is useless as well. There are many vids that clearly show how this thing operates and I suggest going to visit them. Once I got the hang of it I could be folding 500 t-shirts an hour, but i think i only own 10, tops! I give the thing 5 stars and give it 3 for ease to use as you can't just look at the directions and then play with your toy...at least I couldn't

If at first you don't succeed -
I wanted to love this t-shirt folder. But when I tried to use it, I had problem after problem. Nothing folded correctly. Fortunately I have a stubborn streak and refuse to allow either plastic or metal to outsmart me. :) Having never used one before, I came up with a couple of ideas that really made a huge difference in how well this folder works .... or shall we say "in how well the operator can use this folder". For any "Folder-challenged" people like me, I would offer the following suggestions:1.) After placing the t-shirt face down on the folder, check to be sure the t-shirt collar is centered on the folder. Not doing this will give you a funky looking t-shirt no matter how well you fold it.2.) If your shirt is longer than the board, fold up the bottom edge of the t-shirt. Note: you can't fold the shirt any narrower than the center board is, but you can fold it shorter (from collar to bottom of shirt) if you put the top edge of the collar 1 or 2 inches below the top of the board, and then also fold the bottom of the shirt so that "blank" space at the bottom matches the top. Might be able to use this idea for larger kids clothes?3.) Be sure to t-shirt is perfectly flat, including the sleeves4.) This item I found to be EXTREMELY helpful: When you go to fold either the left or right sides of the folder over the center section, using your opposite hand, place the tip of your index finger at the lower edge of the folder, exactly where the movable piece and the stationary pieces meet. Then fold. I found if I don't do this, I tend to not keep the movable section perfectly flat while I'm folding it over the stationary piece, and it really messes up the finished product! Once I figured this out, it made a tremendous difference. After a bit of practice, I can now use this folder to make a beautifully folded shirt in a matter of seconds. I'm not really a person who loves doing laundry, but at least now I love how it looks when I'm done!

Small
I had researched this product on Youtube to help organize my drawers. This is such a life saver with doing my laundry. It easy to use and my clothes look so neat. However, most of my shirts don't fit on the board. I had to improvise by folding down the sides and the bottom so that nothing is hanging off the sides. If it does hang off, it doesn't fold neatly. Just be aware of the sizing for this one because I do not think its accurate. There are other ones for sale on Amazon that fits larger sized clothes. I'm interested in the one for kids as well. I'll be checking it out.

All shirts the same
I needed this for years and didn't know there was a solution for shirts of different sizes. Now shelves are tidy with perfect stacks. This takes a lot of the pain out of laundry and makes it go faster. Cat enjoys watching folding. :)

It works and my drawers are nice and neat
It works! That is the first and most important take away.I really like that this allows me to fold all my clothing to about the same sizing. It makes it much easier to make everything neat and easy to see what I have. With that said, while it makes folding to size easier (and more consistent) it is not fast and easy to do. It takes some arranging to start and I fold centering the most challenging. With that said, I, for whatever reason, care about the size of folded shirts and I happy to find a solution that makes it easier to get that done.I do think it would be an awesome product for a teen or older child who is learning to clean and fold their own laundry. They might enjoy the process more and I imagine may be more likely to use this instead of just bunching all their shirts into a drawer.

Works well. Dimensions a little on the small size.
It’s not bad and works as it should but I find it’s too short for my shirts. And the folded dimensions are too small. This makes the folded garments thicker and they done fit my drawers as well. There is wasted drawer and shelf space now. But my folded clothes look good.

Flimsy, but works good if you are careful
Flimsy, but works good if you are careful. Saves time folding for sure.I lazy and I still use it. Once you get the handle of it, tape the joints together at the size you want it for.

Good product
I bought this in hopes of getting organized and to encourage me to fold my laundry, which it did but you have to have enough space in your laundry room to use this as it needs a good amount of space to lay flat. It is very easy to use. I have not had to use the plastic clothes pegs that comes with it, but my cat enjoys playing with them.
