Great quality all around, well worth spending some extra $$ to not get a flimsy screen. It Coe fully put together too which is a plus!

Exactly what I wanted !
This was exactly what we needed to cover our open fire pit ! It looks great and fit perfectly! So far it’s kept leaves and other debris off the pit and glad we were able to purchase. Would definitely buy again !

It's expensive, but good quality and the only 40" fire screen I could find online
I needed a screen for my fire pit, this was the only one available in a larger size. A little heavy when trying to lift off the fire using the hook in middle of dome. Even though it was expensive, I still would have paid if there was an optional broom-type handle available to life the lid. instead i had to make my own using a broom handle and a little hook

Good fit over the fire pit I bought.
Unfortunately, the fire pit cracked after first use. I won’t buy the same brand pit again, but maybe can find another brand the same size.

Way overpriced for the quality
Very flimsy, and way overpriced for the quality. It came all bent our of shape, and I had to bend it back into shape before it would fit flat on my fire pit. I should have returned it, but I didn't want to have to go through the hassle.

Effective screen but take care of it to make it last
This is a replacement screen for me. I think it's a bit expensive (but then someone had to make it and hang on to it for 5+ years until I needed it, so....)It would have lasted a lot longer if I had put it away (out of the rain) when not in use, so that's on me. I think you could easily get 10 years of use out of it that way. I'd buy it again if that helps you decide.
