Does not fast charge. Tried multiple cords.

I bought the charger because it had a large capacity, quick charge function, and was the right price. Boy I was wrong! While trying to charge the charger the unit gets hot.....that means there is energy not going to the rechargeable batteries but being dissipating as heat. Returned it! So second arrives and guess what...same thing the unit turns hot when charging. So now I have two to return. I read the reviews and it seems this product has about a 40% failure rate. Hope this helps someone avoid the pit fall that I am in. Oh and my nephew still needs a portable charger that works.

As a mom on the go, this is great to keep in my purse for when I can't get to an outlet or charge my phone in my car. I use my phone for work and it needs to be charged at all times, so having this eases my mind! I like how it fits in my clutch purse as well. I also like that it comes with a flashlight!

Holds a charge well, charges my cell phone easily 4 to 5 times. Update....2.0 amp charging port no longer works. Now outside of the return window. Do not recommend this product

This battery back up charger is amazing! Perfect size, battery life, and it still charges with 10% left. I LOVE this and it comes with a bag for safe traveling. I love how it’s digital and I can wrap my cord around if it’s too long. I can charge 3+ most of the time. This is a GREAT product and would definitely buy again. Would make a great gift even!

This portable power bank works amazingly for me. I can’t move without it. I especially love the flash light on it, so it helps me easily plug in my phone on the dark. The best part of it is the screen that shows me how much battery there is left. The quality is excellent!!

I purchased this for a trip overseas knowing there would be places where I needed a charge and couldn't be certain I'd find one. Sure enough, after a long day sightseeing my both our phones were very low on the 90 minute train ride back to our room and the charger saved the day. We actually needed it several times. During a 4 hour layover I was especially happy that we didn't have to clamor for the few available charging port in crowded waiting areas and. Ould relax instead in areas that didnt offer charging and were therefore not crowded.

For some reason, this one I purchased the battery charges to 100% and it wont stop there it recharges again and then if i dont use it. It drains automatically. Not sure why. But other than that, very handy product. I bought this second one and I bought the first time almost a year ago and still works perfectly.
