they sent a de-assembled one, need to assemble that, thought okay if the guidance is there, we can do it. fitting is easy, but seat adjustment liver is not working.i tried to lift -up the seat and fix it again , but till the time the seat got fixed with the wheel rod.i have no patience to send it back , so using the same.the bad remark for buying things in online, no product support we are getting.have got same problem with EUREKA FORBES, VOLTAS WATER FILTER, V-GUARD Standing FAN ,and on some more items. want to save time in this traffic , getting some issues with this online product delivery.Thank GOD!! for HITACHI AC they arranged the supporting people to install , instead of send a instructions sheet....

Pros:- Value for money- Wheels are good- Seat adjustment is smooth- Back Stretch works fineCons:- few part looks old- Seat pillow is stapled in the back- hand rest are slightly misaligned on the side- Seat Color can get easily dirty - need a cover- Quality of the instruction paper is awful

Seems like Low quality product,small crack on back side, small damages, and poor quality finishing underneath.. Seat cover stappled rather properly finished.. side handle hard to move (widening)..Good part was easy to assemble in 6 steps it was done.
