Great food diary
I bought this for myself and it’s a great food diary. Plenty of room to write all the food I eat during the day and find the symptoms box really useful. It would have been even better if it had a section where you can write the food you can and can’t eat. I’ve added it to mine at the back.

Very Useful
There's a range of these books made by the same author which can be very similar to each other. I previously had this book: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1911492209 which I used straight out for 3 months. The only difference between that book and this one - is that this book doesn't include a section for medicines or supplements or caffeine intake. I got tired of writing my normal pill routine day in and day out, so this book is perfect for me!I wish you luck on finding what trigger foods cause you pain! I'm going to go for an allergy testing after I've figured out some trigger foods that ended me up in the hospital! I think everyone should carry out some food research because it really does make you look on the back of foods to see what's really in the ingredients!Very much happy with these series of books!

Perfect for food diary keepers
Perfect size. Was daunted at first but have kept a food diary before and the pre prepared format makes it so much easier on such a difficult diet. FODMAPS
