Improved my child's gait
My daughter has been in physical therapy since infancy. The PT was on the fence about getting her fitted for SMOs ($$$$, usually not covered by insurance, difficult to fit in many shoes) so we tried these orthotics first, combined with high-top sneakers or work boots to provide ankle stabilization. We have seen a dramatic improvement in her gait since starting these orthotics, especially a narrower stance while standing and walking. She has a much more typical stride with these in.

Works just as well as the 200 dollar insoles sold by doctors!
My 8 year old son has flat feet and his ankles roll inward, foot doctor wanted me to buy 200 dollar insoles. These ones work just as good as the one the doctor wanted me to buy.My son is no longer complaining that his feet hurt and you can visably see the difference in the wat he walks!

If your kid has flat feet then get these & Dr approved
For reference My toddler has ankle pronation and wears orthopedic shoes. I took a deep dive into the web and found a forum talking about different inserts. Well there was a link to this pair and decided why not!?!! She has been wearing them everyday for a few months and I can tell these and her shoes are starting to help correct her ankles. The only thing I have realized that kinda sucks is that she has to wear socks otherwise she gets blisters where her arches should be.I also wanted to let anyone who is reading this that I had our foot Dr. take a look at these arches with the Twiki brand shoes and he was impressed! He couldn't believe that I found them on amazon. He said these are the right type because they're hard and a higher arch to help turn her ankle. He also liked the Twiki brand of shoes because it has the Thomas heel and correct straps to keep the foot properly secured.

Cheap
One of the inserts fit correctly while the other was at least 1/4" narrower. It squeezed my child's foot and made it hurt. Whats happened to quality control?

Don't buy, too uncomfortable to wear.
I bought these for my 10 year old granddaughter with flat feet. The support seemed good but she was unable to continue to wear them because they were too uncomfortable on the inside side of her foot.

Bought for my 5 year old who has flat feet on both feet. It feels comfortable and serves its purpose.

This encourages proper standing
This is great for my daughter since she has been wearing orthotic braces all her life and this gives the same support as the orthotic. My daughter stands on the inner side of her foot, like her bone and this insole is strong enough to correct her feet as in encouraged my daughter to stand on the foot properly. I wish this company makes bigger sizes as my daughter is growing way too fast

Be careful ordering as I needed to order for a size 2. I ordered a size 2-6 which is a misprint and should be 4-6. So now I'm reordering for a size 2-4 for the proper size needed for a size 2. I'm taking one star away as I had to purchase twice and actually paid more than twice the amount as I am pretty sure they mispriced the 2 sizes as the smaller size 2-4 is more expensive than the larger size of 2-6/ 4-6.
