Easy and handyI am a heavy user of iPhone. I use my phone a lot during the day, usually I have to bring a power bank or charger with me. This product make life easier. It fits my iPhone X perfectly just as described, it has 5000mAh capacity which can easily charge my iPhone X at least twice. Very durable and no heat while playing games. It is good for traveling, easy and handy, not heavy at all. It comes with user manual, it tells you how to put your phone inside and take your phone out. When you want to charge your phone, just press the small button located on the bottom, press again to turn off. The case shows the battery percentage. Recommend to everyone.

First off, the batter pack is great, Easy to hold, sturdy and 5000mAh adds the extra punch of battery juice than the typical 4000mAh ones in the market. I am struggling to get the phone to case charging to switch... as so far, I find it charges one at a time; not a seamless one to both. I hopr the product supports it. Won't return it for that matter but a seamless charge is a necessity for me. The case lip that guards the screen could have been bigger but that's ok.

I purchased this charging case in 2020 long in advance of my son’s departure for college. I bought it so far in advance because I wanted to test its function and, at the time, expected to give him my iPhone X. I decided not to give it to him until college (wanted retard his social media activity so made him keep his 16gb iPhone 6) and put the phone and case in a drawer. Fast forward to Fall 2023…I finally gave him my iPhone X with the charging case in September 2023 just before he left for college. Yesterday my son told me that the case is now broken. Specifically, the Lightening connection tab in the case has broken off after only very limited actual use (6 weeks).I understand that technically my unit is out of warranty and there is no way for the company to know if what I am saying is true so I get why they won’t repair or replace it. None of that matters. What matters is that the case I got was defective because the charging connector broke so quickly.So just be warned!

I bought this product in May 2019. I really like the design and functionality of this charger, and it worked extremely well until March 2020 when the battery in the charger started expanding and my phone would no longer fit in the case (the expanding battery would push the phone out of the case). I had a previous iPhone that had a failing battery, which caused similar expansion on the phone a few years ago. Apple indicated that the battery was within days of catastrophically failing (i.e., exploding). When the same thing started happening to the batter charger, I knew that I needed to discontinue its use and figure out warranty issues (since it's less than a year old). Amazon indicated that I should contact the manufacturer (Runsy) about warranty information, but two separate warranty inquiries with Runsy in the past two weeks have not been acknowledged at all. Their website indicates that there is a one-year warranty on the product, so my charger should still be under warranty.I am extremely disappointed since I like the product, but Runsy's customer service appears to be non-existent in helping replace this under-warranty charger.***UPDATE: I contacted Roger Electronics, who sold this case for Runsy through Amazon. I received a nearly immediate reply from Jacky at Roger Electronics, who is working to get me a replacement case, even though the return period for this order has elapsed. Roger Electronics has definitely stepped up here and made everything great. I did change the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. It would have been 5, except that the battery did fail before the 1-year warranty was up.

Very nice battery pack for my phone. It feels smooth in the hand and has good grip. Gives a nice long batter life. My only quarrel is the cases kickstand at the back is a little more flimsy then I would like but nevertheless it’s a feature that I still use.

Actually bought this on August 20, 2020 and it is 12/7/2020 and it is broken. At first, I thought it was heavy but worth it to have the extra battery power when hiking. The charger does not click into the charging port so many times it comes loose and does not charge. I had to take out my phone to charge separately many times. Now, it complete quit working. The light for the battery is on but it is not connecting to the device. I am researching any warranty and will update if I find one.

I love this battery case, it's matt black looks in fashion. My last cell phone case I bought from apple has become sticky after 3 months. This is my new choice. I'm using an iPhone x, its battery is getting old. It used to last a whole day. Now I have to charge my phone twice a day. With this battery, my iPhone x can last about 2 days. That's the reason why I love this. I know that Apple has a battery case works the same way, but it's too expensive and not worth the money. I'd rather spend my money on this product. One thing I really love about it is the back stand. It's convenient. I watch Netflix sometimes on my phone, I always had trouble to hold my phone horizontally. This brings me a good solution to both battery and stand. Perfect.

I’ve been looking for a a charging solution like this for some time. This is great. Some folks have complained about the weight. Frankly you can’t have the additional battery capacity without adding some weight. I carry this in my shirt pocket with no discomfort. I’ve only had it a few days and will return and revise my rating if the battery life doesn’t meet my high expectations. The only downside is the manual which is written in such small print without contrast so that it is unreadable. I scanned and enlarged the instructions and found that they were simply incompressible. These should be redone by someone with a command of the English language and an understanding of the product.
