Does not work with iPhone!
This cross shaped USB stick works fine as just that with my desktop but will not communicate with my Apple phone or iPad. It does seem to have a larger capacity than stated and I have tried reformatting it in different ways but to no avail.I bought it to transfer files from my iPad to my desktop and for storage so 1 star for use!

Not compatible with Mac
Didn’t work with Mac. I first used it on iPad to move data from iPad but I had to download their app which was very flimsy to use and also unreliable. Then I tried to see those data on Mac - there was nothing in there. Simply incompatible. I copied some data from Mac then tried again on iPad to see if I can see them. It gave an error saying I need to format. Then I could not format on iPad so had to connect to Windows and format. Then it’s back to square one. Returned.

Stopped working
Up dateStopped working, placed the films on and 2 months down the line I cannot access them and they will not play. Reset to factory settings and added the films again and still not playing films.I am using this fir films and so far so good. I fact 3 days in and I am very pleased.As soon as I inserted into computer the software came up to download to enable communication. Each end has a little plastic cover to prevent damage. I use the computer windows 10 and iPad and communication between both is good.I will update, if I need too

As described by vendor and arrived in time.
Ipad Air has limited support for extra memory and this device serves it well. It also serves the latest Apple fire wire as well as all devices with USB C. The device has enough memory to carry the whole operating system for a laptop or computer. The device can act as a data exchange device between various mobiles, laptops, and desktop computers. Indeed I am happy with it.

Nearly perfect
This is an absolute god send works on all devices, made life with the camera so easy pop out the car in plug in to phone quick edit then online where before I had to get home or carry a laptop with me.The only downside is you can’t leave plugged in and swap the card you have to unplug swap card and plug back in ,yeah it’s a minor issue but can be a frustration.Other wise highly recommended

Not impressed
I don’t know much about IT so that’s properly not helping but I found this memory stick hard to use. I couldn’t get it to do anything do much do I brought a different one which worked perfectly

Doesn’t work for me
The fitnent I wanted ie. usb to computer the usb is wrong ie female when I want male or vice versa I can’t remember and I can’t put the lead I want in because it is too close no room. So I have not been able to use it at all yet

Game changer for ease
Why didn’t I know about this before, really easy to grab a few photos or documents from the phone when in a hurry. So easy to use with the App and sturdy
