I like the couscous
It's a fine product. My personal method is to add flavor and cook it like I cook rice in order to keep the grains separated. I sortly saute the couscous with some oil, spices, and chopped-fried onion then added boiled water and covered. After about 10 minutes, I sperated the grains with a fork.

Package was received open
Received the package promptly but the bags were open and spilled upon arrival. Unusable and unreturnable.

The product description says "Kosher for Passover." However, there is no indication of this on the packaging of the product itself.
