This one strand is a game changer for me. I started researching single stands and tried this and wow. More effective than expensive brands too. I had SIBO and treated it and thus has helped even with inulin (which isn't recommended with sibo ) glad I took a chance. Good for slow digesters and hypothyroid in my opinion.

So far very good 😊 and unlike other well known brands with the same strain, this one has safe inactive ingredients.

It made my stomach upset. I gave it a break and tried again a couples days later. Same result. My dr told me I was the first one from her patients to have a reaction like this. So I guess it is not for everyone. The seller offered me a refund, which is pretty considered of them.

El producto llego antes de lo esperado y en buen estado. Solo llevo una semana tomandolo entonces es muy pronto para calificarlo. Lo compré porque me lo recomendaron para repararar las mucosas intestinales tras un tratamiento de antibioticos por el helicobacter. De momento noto menos malestar que antes de tomarlo

Great product for people with gut/ skin issues. Since taking this in the morning my eczema has cleared up a lot. (Not the only thing that’s helping towards it, but it’s definitely helps in aiding your skin & gut I find).
