Welcome to the world of Deus Ex.
First off, this looks like something the toothbrush of the future of Deus Ex. It’s sleek, futuristic, and has a real nice weight or durability to it. This has to have been the best purchase so far I have bought thru Amazon, and it’s weird getting all excited over a toothbrush, but man, this thing is amazing! I never thought a two in one toothbrush would be something to brag about, but I have cerebral palsy and cannot floss whatsoever..... My dentist always yells at me saying I’m not doing enough and need to floss more. So I took the plunge of 200 dollars and thought I’d give it a go. All I can say, is this thing has a powerful punch when it comes to the flosser, in fact the best way to describe it is a mini power washer for your teeth. It is very messy, but you tend to get a feel for it, to prevent it from shooting all over the place. As I was using the flosser today, I focused on one back upper left tooth. It’s been a pain in butt lately and I noticed a really bad metallic taste in my mouth. At first I thought it was my crown falling off or filling or something, but in fact my teeth are so crowded back there together that my gum being super inflamed, causing an eruption of blood to pour out. Like a blister or something. Disgusting I know, but this is oral hygiene we are talking here for better health. From brushing and flossing together though, that doesn’t seem to work because all your toothpaste is being diluted and your mouth is filling up with water at an increasingly fast speed rate, and the pressure feels a lot lower. I recommend brushing first, then flossing to get the remainder particles out. Now this toothbrush pik thing doesn’t not have a spin brush, it is just a vibrating toothbrush, which really, for how much your paying, you’d think they’d throw this option in for an optimal cleaning experience, so instead of a floss and brush mode, you could change from spinning to vibrating. I don’t know which works better the spin or vibrate, but all I can say is this is the way of the future, and goodbye plastic mint floss I could never use.

Don't bother
This toothbrush is not even close to Sonicare (which I've used since the early 1990's) in performance. I thought it might be better because of the waterspray, which is useful, but the brushing power is not at all impressive. After 4 weeks, I could see where plaque was building up along my gums, undoing years of progress. It's too late to return it, and I hate to just throw it away. Maybe I can try using it on the dog's teeth.

Not a substitute for a regular water pik or sonic toothbrush
Tried to use this as a replacement for waterpik and sonic toothbrush. Pros: small size and countertop real estate. Cons: the highest setting on water pik is less strong than the 4 out of 10 on my regular water pik. Sonic toothbrush is not nearly as strong as my Phillips sonicare. Teeth and gums were not getting clean. I threw out the box so I can't return.

This piece of technology does not work!!!
We used the waterpik for 3 weeks before it stopped working, toothbrush worked intermittently only, will start on its own in the middle of the night. Product support is non existing, tried through amazon and manufacturer directly for one week with no success. DO NOT BUY!!!

Poorly constructed.
Only had it since March 3, already the water pick part is not working! Don’t waste your money!

Definitely an upgrade!
I recently got a Sonic Fusion after being an electric toothbrush user. It has definitely changed my morning and evening habits. First, it takes up less space than having both the toothbrush and water flosser (yes, I had both, call me crazy). Next, it is just way more efficient. I can fill up the water tank before I start brushing, brush as long as I'd like, add the flossing function, and am then able to do both at the same time. OR, I can do one or the other. It's up to me! This product is such a time saver. The only reason I don't give it a 5-star rating is because I'm not a huge fan of the pitch of the toothbrush motor. It's higher than my previous toothbrush. But, obviously that doesn't deter from it's overall functionality. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for convenience without sacrificing results. I love my clean teeth!

Great concept in oral hygiene!
I had searched for a product like this when purchasing a new WaterPik a few years ago. At that time there was no single unit toothbrush and water flosser on the market! While the concept is great and super convenient, neither function seems to have the power of my Braun electric toothbrush or WaterPik flosser! I'll use it for a few weeks and get an opinion from my dentist at my next check up in April.

Love this combo!
I’m really liking this brush water flossed combo. This is my first electric toothbrush and water flosser. If you are looking for a quiet one, then this may not be for you. The noise does not bother me personally. I really like how you can change the water pressure on the flosser. I also like how you brush with the flosser on at the same time.

Easy to use
I've never used a Waterpik before because I didn't want the hassle of brushing with one toothbrush and then having to swap to a flossing one. This does both which is great. The toothbrush vibrates very rapidly which works well. One thing to note - this is quite noisy when in use but it works great.

My Hygienist noticed the difference!!
I've been using for a couple of months and has made a huge difference. My first dentist appointment since was the best results with very little tarter build up. I'm so happy!!

Water floss did not work
I read the reviews, some were good and some were not so good. I proceeded to order this item nevertheless and I was disappointed that my unit's water floss did not work.

Usage is extremely difficult and off putting. Needs to be recalled.
I found the start and stop buttons are very poorly placed and hard to manage to turn them off or on while in use. I had awaterpik for years and loved it I can’t say the same about this update. Very poor

Disappointed on the level of power.
Not very much power and my flosser stopped working after 2 months. My old portable waterpik with just the flosser option works much better.
