pad used for stretches; really good
i bought this to use it as a pad while i’m doing hip stretches because putting my bare knee on the floor hurts. it’s been great so far and i like how you can cover the hole to have a full pad or take out the cover to have a handle. all in all, the quality is good due to the thickness of the pad and it gives me enough support to not feel pain when doing hip stretches.

The knee pad was a great purchase, very thick and effective.

Too firm for my knees.
Very small. A big man or woman would find it challenging to keep both knees on this size pad. Also, very firm. I would have preferred it to have a more cushioned feel. I should have noted the measurements but it's definitely smaller than expected to be useful for gardening.
