Good for the price, but two quirks with the units design
Bought two of these and been using them for past two years. Two issue to watch for...1. I take my showers at 118-121 degrees. However, if the wafer temperature going in is too cold, the unit starts acting strange and will shut down. I estimate it will take the water up about 70 degrees, so if source water is below ~50 degrees, it will not heat it up enough.2. When the unit hits the limit of being about to heat the wafer due to being to cold, the unit will start shutting on and off rapidly as it tries to reduce the pressure to keep the temperature up. If you turn it on with really cold water fir the source, it will not start up unless you reduce the flow by placing with the knob on right.Simple design, good price, but not very good if the source water is below 50 degrees.

Great heater
Full time skoolie nomads. It works wonderfully. Our only issue is the temperature control, it's difficult to maintain a perfect temp if water pressure fluctuates. So I wired in a switch to just keep the pump running the entire time you're showering. Works great. The second part is if we have had the water in our tanks for a few days and the water starts to warm up a little, we can't turn this down low enough to not make it too hot. Basically if the water is 70°f or above, this will make the water too hot on low using a standard 1.5gpm shower head.I would not get this high powered unit for small campers or tent campers with weak water pumps. I have a 5.5gpm seaflo pump in my rig. I can keep my pressure up and plenty of water flowing that it works fine for me. If it's cold out and the water is colder, this thing has more than enough power to heat 35°f water to 110°f for a hot shower. My wife, toddler, and I have showered with it over a couple dozen times each and we still have propane left in a 20lbs tank. We take 10-20 minute showers each. So the operating cost is very low.The shower head that came with it was cool while it worked, but the selector switch broke within a week or so. Total garbage. Expect to just buy a new shower head.

Nice and hot
Used during a septic system failure. Maybe not as high a pressure as some in the family liked but was able to get hot showers at home in back yard till septic was fixed

Be careful and aware on installation
I purchased the Camplux 2.11 GPM portable water heater a few months back. I recently got around to installing the heater on my camper. Upon threading the fitting into the hot water exit port on the unit and finishing up the installation, I tested the product and noticed it leaking from the hot water exit port. Upon closer observation, I noticed that up inside the unit the copper tubing connecting the exit port to the unit was twisted up and destroyed, likely from threading the fitting on to the port. Unfortunately this tight of a threading of the fitting was required in order to keep that port from leaking in the first place, but also leads to easily destroying the connecting copper tubing. The nut that is up inside to prevent this situation from happening (counter torque) is covered by an aluminum plate and out of sight enough that it is easily missed, especially when installing this unit in tight/small places with minimal clearance underneath. The included instructions manual does not remark the specificity of this small but very important detail of the installation, nor does it show imaging of the proper way to attach the fitting to avoid this problem. There is also no direction on how much torque is needed to tighten this fitting enough to prevent leaking. When using the included wrench it is not easy to feel let alone see the copper tubing twisting up on itself until it leaks upon testing it out. It would be a major design improvement to secure this counter-torque nut to the frame of the unit in a way that prevents this problem from being possible. Be aware.

QA issue
The price for this unit was average. I watched a lot of reviews prior to purchasing. The reviews were also moderate. The delivery was great. Upon opening the box and reading the instructions to make preps for use the unit did not work, start sequence initiated but did not ignite due to lack of gas. I have a decent mechanical and electrical back ground. I was able to troubleshoot and discover the issue. The cause for not having any gas was the 3 wire connector inside the unit was disconnected or wasn't connected upon assembly. I had to open the unit to get to the 3 wire connector, it was easy to remove the front cover. I carefully unscrewed the 4 Phillips head screws and pull off the 3 selector control knobs. Once exposed, I was able to reconnect the 3 wires to the gas solenoid. I then bump tested the unit and was able to see and hear gas flow. I re-assembled the cover in reverse, finally running the unit in normal operation. It works great so far easy to adjust. On demand cold, warm, hot to really hot water. Love it so far. Overall rating 3 stars due to 2 stars for ease of installation. If not for the disconnected gas wire it would have been an easy 5 star. Quality assurance during assembly from factory should be better than this. Most folks are not as inclined to troubleshoot. I plan on really using this unit a lot. I will give a year review and or if the system fails between now and then.

Works great, but can vary based on ambient air temperature and wind
Very happy with this water heater. It is hard to get water hotter than 95f when it is cold outside, as during spring time. During the summer months it has been working great, water temp can easily go over 120f. So need to adjust the settings from time to time. The shower head attachment that comes with it is my only complaint, the connection between the hose and shower head is very flimsy, I will be replacing it. Otherwise this is great and well worth the money.

Perfect for my off grid house
I connect it to my off grid house. Work good, but not alot of pressure, but that probably just my settings for winter time.
