Love my bed really pleased with it apart from the Cristal knobs did not fix on to the posts

Bed looks lovely, but I’d only had it a couple of months and the wooden supports started splitting down the middle. Whenever you sit on the bed, the wood is so brittle and poor quality that it just bends through and comes away from the frame. Around 4 pieces of wood completely split now and unusable. Emailed seller after 3 months and got told it wasn’t covered by a warranty anymore so now I to replace the whole bed as a few slats of wood are broken after just a few months.

Lovely design & very sturdy. It fits well with the rest of my decor. If I have to point something out, it’s the fact that the screw holes don’t line up , if my Son didn’t have the right tool needed & a good head on his shoulders, I would have had to return it. In short what should have took a couple of hours took nearly all day. So my only suggestion is that more care is taken to line up slots properly. Not everybody has got the tools required.

Great delivery but screw stuck inside and can’t add top handle. No where to write for advice and after having put up the bed with a painful shoulder I don’t fancy returning it. Otherwise pleased. If anyone knows company to contact please let me know

Bed was ok, looked good. Only bought it in January and already the legs holding the legs up are bent. It’s for my teenage daughter who is very slim. Waste of money unfortunately.

I bought this to replace my old bed which wasnt the best. I was really excited to finally get a pretty bed.It took ages to build, so when we FINALLY completed it, I sat on the bed and instantly the metal snapped making the supportive leg give way from the metal... In the photos you can see the gap in the metal where it has snapped. It is weak.I tried to get a replacement leg but the only thing it would offer is exchange it for something else, or return it for a refund.Well how can I return it when the packaging it came in was a flimsy cardboard box which had to be dismantled to get the frame out, rendering it useless, so I couldn't use that again.Such a shame as it is a lovely bed but the metal is VERY WEAK.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I received this item chipped in places. Replacement would of been nice. It’s sturdy and great design. A little disappointed in receiving faulty goods. Does need two people to assemble.
