The brackets that hold the arm broke off while it was still under warranty. I contacted them by email which it the only way to submit a claim. They asked for more information which I did my best to give them but they have never responded again.. That was close to 2 months ago.

Use several times every few hours to transport family member with 2 severely bad knees from lift chair to bathroom and back. Started with rollator with seat, then 4 wheel transporter. Transporter wheels would slide ,even when locked , on linoleum part of floor.Bought this Drive unit. Good weight and size. Big improvement on not slipping. Should also be easier to load and offload should we use a transport service.I actually put a flourescent dot on top of the pin for the foot and leg rigging connection. Many times the attaching has to be done at night or in shady parts of the house. On & off due to space limitations.The only thing that needs major improving on this device is the plastic clips on the rigging right above the footplate. On this one they are cheap, flimsy looking, and a nuisance. I'm almost daily having to push them back down to clip. Those seconds add up for a caregiver. Really like the rest of the unit. Though a seemingly small thing it will have a purchase influence on future brand and vendor choices.

Had it for a week and the rubber came off if the wheel. When the replacement came, it was broken too. Returned it and bought another brand.

Loved it but was too wide for our van lift

We had to lower the chair because the seat was too high and now the frame catches on the threshold going out the door.

Works very well. Very comfortable.

We got this wheelchair for my mom who’s previous wheelchair was well used and in need of being replaced. We got this one and since it was brand new the first couple of days went well. It was easy to move around, turning sharp corners was nice and the ride was smooth when pushing my mom in it, but no more than a week later we started hearing a noise coming from the wheels like it needed to be oiled. It sounded like it was holding too much weight or like we’ve been using it for months and the wheels were needing a tune up. My mom is 350lbs and the description on this wheelchair I believe was a minimum of 450lbs weight limit, so 100 lbs under the described weight limit shouldn’t, I would think, cause this wheelchair to squeak. We put some WD40 to try and help reduce the sound but it doesn’t fully go away. What a waste of money and time for someone who’s mobility is dependent on having a good wheelchair and yet gets one that already needs to be replaced. And on top of that, we couldn’t return the item.

Built solid. I needed something this well made due to my nearly 400lb weight. The only thing is this chair is heavy but I knew this before I bought it.
