used first time . pan then had scorch marks that had scorch marks that could not remove by washing. should not have burn or scorch marks after one use, Request credit back to me or send a better quality flip pan

Birthday present for a friend and she loves it! I had one I bought years ago that she commented on so I sent her this one. I am getting ready to buy another for myself to replace my old one.

This product arrived quickly. However, when I cooked up an omelette, I could smell something unusual. And I completed my cooking. I saw that the omelette was stuck to the pan. Also, they were green pieces of the ceramic pan. Stuck to my egg. I think this is a health risk. I do not recommend it for anyone.

It wires but be sure to used Pam or some type of non sticking spray

I bought 2 of these for my sisters that were visiting from England. One sister said it came apart on the first use and 2nd sister eggs stuck enough after using a spray oil. Not impressed at all.

I bought this pan to replace one just like it-same company I thought. But the pan heats up the plastic? Handle. It gets hot and sets off our smoke alarm. I have to really set the pan off center and use very low heat to avoid this. Old one did not do that.

Not the quality I thought it was going to be. Said it was cast iron but not and the handles are pretty flimsy. Works well though. Non stick and easy to clean after use.
