Mayo Clinic Atlas of Regional Anesthesia and Ultrasound-Guided Nerve Blockade (Mayo Clinic Scientific Press)

Fantastic book with topnotch illustrations. One of my favorite aspects of this book is the ultrasound images and the corresponding labeled anatomy drawings and dermatome drawings. It is a great teaching tool for me in the OR with my residents.

excellent resource has a little of everything

very limited... instead of spending that much money on a book which doesn't deliver much theory, the Cousins Neural Blockade is a much more complete book with a good mix of theory and images
