My nails break easily but I like to paint them so I need to look after them which is why I purchased this Barry M 3 in 1 basecoat, topcoat and hardener. It's much better value than buying three separate products.As you can see from the photos, if worn on it's own it gives a lovely natural shine to the nail (that was just one coat) I really like it worn by itself inbetween colours.One coat dries quickly and I could carry on with my normal activities within a few minutes. My nails do feel harder and less likely to break while I'm wearing it and it comes off easily with regular nail polish remover.When worn with a colour as a base coat it prevented my nails from staining as I do like to wear dark colours sometimes. As a top coat it provided a layer of protection for the colour, giving me an extra 2 days wear out of it and also provided a lovely shine to the colour.The application brush is wide and thin and makes applying the product easy and mess free. I'm really pleased with it and will purchase another when this one runs out.

really great, i’ve used as a coat to make my nail varnish underneath last better and it does really well, really shines and is glossy, not to thick and dries pretty quick. also the brush is really great, not really thin so you only really need one stroke

Love this product. Doesn’t chip as easy as my other clear polishes. Will buy again.

I like this as I put about three coats on and my nails are starting to grow better rather than flake and tear. My nails are very weak so time with tell if this will actually strengthen them.But I recommended it if you have brittle, flaking nails for the overall protection
