great set, the chairs are all assembled. The only problem is oily marks stay on the material (greasy finger prints/food spillage) and I haven't figured out a way to clean them off yet.

I had the brown/grey table delivered along with 8 chairs at the end of April. The carrier Kart It uses was terrible. Nothing was organized and the truck was full. They delivered my table and 8 chairs but did not deliver the 4 table legs!!! I have made 7 phone calls, written numerous emails to both Modway Furniture and Kart It. No solution, just a lot of run-around. I love the table but obviously cannot use without the legs! I paid over $1600 for this set! This is unacceptable- Modway, Kart It and Amazon should be ashamed.

Standard delivery is to the curb. You’ll need at least two people to move the boxes. Two chairs each are packaged in 4 separate boxes in the case of the 9-piece set. The table top and legs each come in separate boxes. Assembly is minimal. The chairs are fully assembled. The legs are each attached with 4 bolts. The bolts are close to the connection point with the table and they provide a hex tool to tighten them. My electric screwdriver and drill were too large to get into that tight space, so hand tightening took a little bit of time. The quality is OK and the aesthetic is great. We are using the table and chairs on a covered porch. I would not recommend putting this table in an open area that is completely exposed to the elements. With that being said, the construction of our set seems sound an we’ll see how it holds up with the moderate usage I expect throughout the summer. I purchased a separate cover large enough for the table and chairs to keep the table clean when it’s not in use and for ‘off season.’ We live in the Northeast and experience all of the seasons including extreme heat and cold and humidity/precipitation. Given the limited availability of other products, I found this set to be a good option for the maximum seating around a single table in the space that we wanted to use. I looked at some other tables that expand to this length and ultimately decided that the leg spacing was important for the best comfort in our small space. This way there are 3 seats on each length-side of the table and one on each end. The only thing I might change is to have only the end chairs with arm rests in order to prevent possible finger/arm pinches when people move their chairs around. Oily substances stain the surface. Clorox wipes help to dull them but they never totally disappear. I recommend a tablecloth or placemats for meals if that bothers you.

Pro’s: it’s very lightweight and looks good from a distance.Cons: it gets marked and stained incredibly easily. The product arrived with a piece of sand paper to clean off grease marks, but you can’t really sand your table every time you use it!Also the chairs arrived with chips and missing leg pads (stoppers or whatever you call them) and some of the table-top planks are not attached to the table frame.We will be seeking a replacement or refund.

Beautiful and sturdy. Comfortable enough that cushions are not needed. Slimmer than average so good for a smaller deck

Great looking & comfortable dining set; terrible quality/durability. We received this set with a cracked chair back and bent chair leg. We accepted a discount from Amazon rather than return the whole set. However, within a week one of the slats on the table top came loose and every time we try to screw it back down it lifts back up within an hour. Very disappointing quality especially at this higher price point. I attempted to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts or items, but have not received a response. We've ordered a different set elsewhere and are returning this to Amazon. It's a huge pain since we have to provide a shipping box ourselves.

Product is garbage falls apart and discolored. Amazon refuses to take it back. Was damaged from day 1.

Looks great, comfortable, well built. We have it outside on a covered patio, so it's not directly subject to the elements. We've had the full 8 people sitting comfortably without complaints. Very pleased so far.
