Only used the U bolts.
This kit fit my 2010 f150 super crew 4x4 perfectly. To be honest I only used the bolts. I did slip the blocks in to check fit. They were perfect. Clearly well made, and the quality shows.

Pretty easy install. Looks great.
I installed these on my 2016 f150 4x4 super crew.The factory blocks on that model truck are 1 1/4 inch so these blocks should lift the rear 3/4 inch. That is exactly what it did for my truck.I put bilstein 6112 lift shocks on the front of my truck at the highest setting. With a canopy on back my truck sat exactly level or even 1/4 inch nose high. These blocks gave me 1/2 to 3/4 inch rake again. It looks perfect.Install went really smooth. I did one side at a time. I loosened the nuts on the u-bolts. I put a jack under the leaf spring, just in front of the axle and jacked the spring up enough to slip out the factory block and slip in the new block. I lowered the spring onto the new block. Then I installed the new u-bolts and cut off the extra length with a cutting wheel on an angle grinder. The whole process took about 1.5 hours, by myself.No difference at all in ride quality. But I have bilstein 5100 shocks in the rear also.The first picture is in my driveway, before the rear blocks. The second picture is the test drive, after the rear blocks

Had a problem with one of my U bolts during install. The trick is you can't "Pre cut" the U bolts, as some of the nuts will not take to the threads so well. Emailed the company and in less than 48 hours I had a new kit. So be sure to wait to cut the excess off until after you install them. Otherwise the install wasn't too hard.

Excellent lift.
I got these to bring the rear of my truck up to level it out after getting 3 inches of lift on the front of my truck. I’m very happy with it. It was easy to install for sure. Buddy and I got it done in about 40 minutes total including break time. It was a cinch! Very happy with the end result.
