Try Cooked Chocolate Pudding. You will love it.
Cooked chocolate fudge pudding is infinitely superior to the instant and really only takes about 12 minutes to prepare. Try adding a half teaspoon of good vanilla extract and a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon. Served in ramakins topped with vanilla whipped cream or Cool Whip (children's favorite) it looks elegant enough for the finale of a diner party and a great hit of nostalgia for all.

GARBAGE!!
PURE JUNK! Ad is completely misleading, has photo of the original Cook & Serve pudding - but instead they send you the "new" garbage version in the purple box. Jello apparently is trying to maximize their profit and bastardized their product earlier this year. The 2 versions have basically the same ingredients in a different order, however I made it twice and it's 100% DISGUSTING JUNK. Weird texture with blobs, no flavor, tastes like cheap crap, stays floppy and doesn't get even slightly firm, no skin - it's nothing like the smooth high-quality ORIGINAL Cook & Serve pudding that was available in grocery stores until this year. This is false advertising - sending another version - and they WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. DO NOT BUY!!

Not your old fashioned Cook & Serve JELLO.
Disappointed. This isn’t the JELLO from my childhood. I made some, let it chill and was disappointed by the flavor. The texture was slightly different, too.

Creamy pudding
This tastes like chocolate pudding you find in a pie doesn’t have that powdery mix tastes that instant does
