It was definitely a huge part of this story and really showed how much the two were meant for each other.I really enjoyed the storyline about Bennett and Morgan! Since they were already acquainted through her brother they already had a little bit of a background. But less did they realize how they really knew each other, a one night stand a year ago. She had been let down and she saw him in a bar and knew there was a spark.Morgan didn’t know that he would still be on her mind a year later and would be helping her with her career. When she had an interview with Bennett’s dad at their company SEVEN she didn’t know what that would bring.Bennett couldn’t stop thinking about her and the sexual chemistry that they shared that night and he knew that he had to keep it professional. But he knew that there was something more than just a friendship he wanted to have with her.These two had the steamiest sexual chemistry that two characters could have! I really enjoyed this brother’s best friend romance. There were some light funny moments and also some heavy moments dealing with cheating and betrayal from both of their pasts. The office dating app concept added a fun modern aspect to the book and had me intrigued at the fun anonymity of the idea.Morgan and Bennett randomly meet at a bar, hit it off with some smoking hot chemistry and wind up having a hot one night stand that neither forgot. Little do they know that they weren’t really strangers-they had a mutual connection- Morgan’s brother. So when fate brings them back together Morgan is extremely reluctant to let anything happen again with who she now knows is her brother’s best friend. The two have hot chemistry but some issues from their past make for a rocky journey to love. Overall I liked the book, it was an enjoyable read.

I fell in love with this book! The characters have each had heart break in their past and things they can’t change but in the end it’s their past that has made them who they are. I could really feel their passion for one another in this book.There is only one thing I would change—- I wish I wouldn’t haven’t know they were matched together on Morgan’s app. I would have been an amazing surprise to find out who owl was without already knowing from the description!! Other then that loved it

Bennett is now one of my book boyfriends! He’s a great book boyfriend who ADORES his heroine, works hard to help her overcome her own family issues, is her brother’s best friend, has an amazing mom and dad, runs his own company like a BOSS, and basically refuses to give up on his Cupid! Aww! Read it!! It’s such a great HEA read! ❤️📚❤️

This book has the tug to pull at your heart strings. The sexual tension is felt through out the book. I love the idea of a girl geek knowing how to create apps and being able to get the guy. Sometimes I feel like these books end to quick for my liking but this has the emotions and that always keeps my heart swooning.

Sadly, I didn't find it all that interesting. I liked the beginning and some parts in between. Unfortunately, the remaining were boring that I had to skip through (which, I never do this with reading). I did like the characters though. The plot just wasn't that exciting like the synopsis.

Morgan and Bennett are a perfect match, but will they end up together. This was an enjoyable read. Bennett was just swoon-worthy! I would recommend this book and author to others.

I definitely know how Morgan feels. Loving the idea of love but not sure if it's!meant for you. Thanks for giving us a great,easy story. It was nice not to ball muy eyes out during one of her books. But it didn't change how much I truly loved going on the Cruz's journey.

This author is a good one - and this book wasn’t written badly but is just lacked any spark and was fairly boring. I love a brothers best friend type romance but this wasn’t really that genre - it’s more like a bye-line note that the H happens to be the h’s brother’s bf. The book didn’t explain what happened to the heroine when she was under the care of her mother though the reader is meant to sympathise. Also, she says she can’t be with a cheater and is keen to stick to her view of the H being a cheater even if it’s on a technicality- but then in the end just because he flies over to see her she throws away all her ideals. Basically it doesn’t have a strong plot or interesting characters. There was no connect I felt with the story and found myself just skimming most of the content.

A year later, her brother sets her up an interview at the company of her dreams, which is owned by his best friend.Morgan is lost for words at her interview, when she recognised her one night stand. Who is not only her boss but her brothers best friend.Really enjoyed reading Morgan and Bennett’s story. They’re so cute together!

I liked the sample of this book but I couldn't get into the story after it. I didn't like the characters and the situations didn't feel real.

About such diverse characters that leave an imprint in your heart! Her books always out do the one before it.From the very beginning you will fall in love with Morgan and Bennett and their stories and what brought them together. Sometimes everything we do leads us to where we are suppose to be. Morgan is such a strong heroine, she truly shines bright even with the past that she went through. Bennett’s past is different than Morgan’s but the things he went through make him the man he is today. Together these two are perfect. They help each other through some really tough times and show that family doesn’t always mean blood.If you’ve read The Consequence of Falling then you’ve met Morgan! Get ready for your next read with this brothers best friend love story that your heart won’t be able to help but love this truly real journey of troubled love.
