This is my go-to breakfast choice. I like that they aren't flavored.
I like that because they are unflavored, I can add almonds, maple sugar, cream and fruit if I desire. Been buying for years, see no reason to stop.

Yea! Finally found oatmeal that isn't gross!
I really like these packets. I am not not a fan of regular oatmeal. Actually, I would say I hate it. However, this mix has a nice texture and more interesting flavor. I've tried many different oatmeal packets over the years, desperately wanting to like them due to their convenience, so I am excited to find something that I like!

Healthy and filling
The amount in the packet didn't look like much, but it was very filling. I sweetened with Truvia; next time I will add berries or cinnamon for flavor.

Great taste, however when I went to re-order it's gone up a lot, too high a price now. Won't buy again.

Great oatmeal type seed mix.
I enjoy eating this product at breakfast. I usually add some extra protein powder or fiber. I like plain hemp.Some honey and or coconut oil with sour cream taste great. It is then mostly lactose free and has no extra additives.

No longer worth the money.
The recipe has been changed as it is now different in flavor and texture. Actually it has no flavor. So disappointing as it used to be a fabulous product.
