WESTLINK Cloak with Hood Costume Hooded Cape (23-66 inches) Purple

I wasn't expecting the nicest thing in the world, something about what I'm rating it now so I can't say that I'm disappointed in any way. This is a cloak I bought wanting to make alterations to fit a costume. It doesn't lie when it states this in thin satin, quite shiny, it also is kinda plastic-y? Keep that in mind because you're going to need to iron it. The folds have become wrinkles so you'll have to fix it and using too much heat will probably melt the cloak. I bought this in L being 5' 7" and it's about ankle/floor length. The cascades are nice, and it flows very dramatically and that's always fun. The hook is very thin and floppy though so you'll need to stuff it if you want it to stay nice. I'll upload pictures once I'm done with alterations but this is what I plan to do: One, I'm going to make the hood round instead of hooked like it is now. Two, I will remove the strings in the front and replace it with a button or a hook or something so it closes completely in the front.

This is a addition to my Halloween costumes for a huge Haunted House I am sponsoring at the Frederic Remington Art Museum in Ogdensburg, New York. I ordered 5 of these Hooded Cloaks and they are very nice. They are very long, so they would fit a 6 foot person nicely. They are roomy enough to come together in the center and not feel like it's pulling. The hood is also quite big so you can wear it down to make you look scary. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for an affordable option for a scary effect to add to your costume.

We got this for my 9 1/2 y/o daughter for Halloween. It was long on her, 5 inches trailing behind her while trick or treating. She managed, carefully and it looked great. Hood was creepy and big enough to cover her eyes. Note, It was not very wide in the shoulders, definitely wouldn't cover an adult chest, but it draped nicely behind her and over her arms. Length was as described. Material was cheep of course, but not plastic, and we only had to iron the folded seem. It was not matte, but not shiny, only caught some small amount of night light.

Thin and flowy black fabric that is still dense and opaque, very long and trails behind me dramatically, which I loved. Shiny and silky material.

The hood was great, the length a little long but it had the perfect affect for Halloween. It helped make several kids warey of me which was the look I was going for.

Worked great! It was made of good quality material. I'm 5'6" and it was long. But I did not want to trim it. It worked perfectly. I played Satan in a play and it helped set my character off!! Will be wearing it for more. I can also let my 6+ feet tall son wear it as well.

The hood and height was perfect but my son has broad shoulders and it almost looked ridiculous on him because of the way it shaped. I tried it on to see if it was just him, but it looked strange on me too.

love my hooded cape, quality is not good but its nice and durable. I have worn it many times and it still going strong. Perfect for Halloween or costume parties.

Je mesure 2 mètres et la longueur est suffisante.À cause de ma taille, manque peut-être un peu de largeur afin de fermer un peu plus devant mais ce n'est pas si pire.Tissus très mince donc ce ne sera pas chaud. La qualité est donc de base mais c'est ok pour le prix.

Not as long as I thought despite checking measurements but was fine for Halloween. Material a little flimsy but price was right. I’d buy it again.
