It is ridiculously expensive for what you get. It is said, it is machine washable, if you wash it (Cold wash and no dryer), it shrinks and completely becomes shapeless. Even ironing, won't help (however, in the description said, "Easy Care"). I don't get the easy care part

These are very nice looking placemats and came packaged nicely - they looked giftable. I gave them 4 stars because they got dirty very quickly and needed to be washed. Upon washing them it is clear I will need to iron them every time they are washed as they pucker a little around all the stitching (I washed them on gentle in cold water and tumble air-dried them). I hate ironing so I will rarely use these placemats. These are probably better for adult dinner parties than protecting your table from kids. I ordered a more plastic version for daily use!

I wanted a nontraditional Thanksgiving Tablescape with more white and neutral colors, rather than the orange and browns that are typical at that time of the year, and this runner helped me to achieve this look perfectly. Our table seats 10 and is 96 inches long, so the runner did not go end to end, but that is not the look I was going for anyway. It is machine washable so I was able to clean it quickly after dinner, but it did get very wrinkled in the dryer so it will require some ironing before the next use. All in all, it was great for our needs.

UPDATE: This table runner will never look pressed after washing. I steamed it AND ironed it (several times), but it doesn’t look crisp and flat. It’s still pretty, but if you’re going for a polished look, this isn’t the table runner for you. Thankfully, it was inexpensive.This table runner is exactly what I was looking for, and in a reasonable price range. I bought the runner in white. It is not a stark or true white (I’m good with that because I didn’t want it to be too white, but I didn’t want a cream color, either). I’d call it off-white. It looks beautiful on my dark wood dining room table. It also comes so nicely packaged that you could easily give one as a gift. I steamed it to take out the wrinkles, but it will require ironing if you want it to look crisp.

Really nice table runner. The white is a true white, dimensions are accurate and the hem stitch adds a nice touch. The table runner was easy to wash in the washing machine. Just required a light ironing. I love the nice clean style of the runner. Looks great with my dark wood table. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I love this runner! I bought it in grey to match my room. I use it on my dresser because I just painted it and wanted to protect the finish. The detail on the border is really pretty and adds very nice detail. You’ll want to iron it. I obviously didn’t but I will be.

These are thin and flimsy. They look really nice out of the box but wrinkle too easily. I washed them, partially dried and laid flat, smoothing out with my hands. They are so thin that my hands left indentations where they smoothed the placemat. I used them once and will probably not use them again. (I'll go back to linen placemats I bought over 20 years ago from Williams Sonoma that seemed expensive at the time but still look great. I can wash, partially dry, smooth them with my hands, let them dry completely and they look great.)

You know that old saying, you get what you pay for? Still true. I ordered several different napkins, different companies, different prices, these were the most expensive, but they were also the most beautiful. Wanted a deep navy to go with my Wedgwood and it was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. The hemstitch is positively gorgeous. No chemical smell on these either. I have NOT yet washed them, however!!! I’m praying they will look good after, and maybe will just need a little iron since they have linen. I can probably get away with not washing before Thanksgiving since they are clean and smell fine. Normally I would totally wash, but too close to take chance!

After spending time to review all the different runners we finally selected this runner . We ordered the runner and the next day we were notified that they were on back order. The sale should not have gone thru if the runners were on backorder.
