Wide awake
Yes, I suppose it packs a kick - but I found myself wide awake in the middle of the night, so perhaps long term lingering effect.Tried several times, same issue - it may just be me...I'm back to The Protein Work Genesis Pre Workout, which I've used on and off for a number of years with no issues, works and I 'feel' the benefit
