Furniture is comfortable and sturdy. Disappointed that the arms and some of the areas are already showing rust and they are not even a year old.

First once assembled it is a great looking patio set. But when it comes to assembly it must have been engineered by a blind man. A: Bolts did not fit through the armrest on chairs and 2place. Had to use a step-down tool to enlarge the hole. B: Found several areas where the the holes for the bolts were not threaded. C: Not enough of the short #6 bolts same for rubber washers. The only thing that saved this patio set from being sent back is I have a kazoo of tools and bolts and was able to correct these problems. For these reasons I would not recommend the purchase of this item.

well made, well packaged, shipped on time. cushions are nice. Pillows are too firm, but my wife replaced the fill with some fiber filling for pillows and now perfect!

Update: The seller was very understanding and sent me a complete new set so I can replace anything I wanted. They even offered to have damage items picked up at no extra cost if needed. Mary T was extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied to the T. Thank you Mary for my replacement and thank you for all your help making this successful. Patio set is beautiful and fully funtioned.Waited a month to get it. When finally came, box was damaged and 1 swivel chair defective. Now I'm hoping I can get a replacement swivel and not wait another month.

This set is perfect for our back patio! I was very happy with the set for the money we paid. It was a bit difficult to put together. Two of the screws had to be shortened since they were too long. Other than that, we love the set.

This is a nice looking, comfortable, study built set of furniture. The box was opened during shipment but the packing is so good that there was not a scratch on anything and everything was in the box.Assembly was extremely difficult because the hardware supplied is low quality and some of it was sized wrong. Examples:1. There were eight 8mm bolts, washers, and nuts supplied to attach the swivel chairs to there base. Problem was that the thread pattern on the bolts was different than the nuts. None of the bolts were compatible with the nuts. I had to make a trip to the hardware store and purchase new nuts and bolts.2. There are two 6mm bolts that connect the bottom to the back of the swivel seat. These bolts were 1/4" too long so they bottomed out inside the frame and the two frame members could not be properly drawn together. By using a cut-off tool I was able shorten them so they fit properly.3. The 6mm bolt heads are machined to accept an Allen wrench, however, they are machined shallow and the Allen wrenches supplied in the set are made of soft metal, so the Allen wrenches strip and are then useless. I used a tempered steel Allen wrench attached to a tork controlled drill driver for those bolts.4. One of the 6mm x 45mm bolts had no machining on the head at all. I had to cut a slot in the head and use a slotted screw driver to attach that one.They have a phone number for service; however the service people are not available on weekends when we working folks are trying to put this stuff together.Unless you have the tools that I mentioned above and a well supplied hardware store close I wouldn't recommend that the average home owner try to assemble this set. Better option would be contract with someone that does furniture assembly. They have the tools and hardware to do a proper assembly.

Very nice. 19 year old grandson assembled while set in about 4 hrs. Compfy and sturdy.
