We had tried using some plastic dryer balls several years ago and I wasn't impressed. So we went right back to using dryer sheets. Within the last year, I and our kids have had some issues with itchy skin, which I thought could be from the dryer sheets. Plus dryer sheets have a waxy substance in them which can exacerbate acne (we've got a young teen and tween with puberty acne an emerging issue).Enter these wool dryer balls. They had been on sale and I thought why not. Well, I love them. No more dryer sheets. Our sheets, towels, blankets, and clothes come out so fresh and clean without any dryer sheets. We're washing towels, sheets, blankets in fragrance free detergent and they seem so much more fresh and truly clean. For the boys clothes, still use my beloved tide original scent w/an extra rinse cycle, and there's just the right amount of mild scent left over in their clothes. No static at all. I use all 6 balls in every load, large or small.Someone said in a review that the dryer balls ruined their light colored comforter, but that's not been our experience. I have washed all of our bed quilts and used these wool dryer balls without issue. Our master bedroom quilts are light off-white color in king size and they came out perfectly.Also I was concerned that the white wool balls might leave white lint on our dark clothes (I've got a lot of black wardrobe staples) and there is no shedding of the will balls whatsoever.I waited a month before writing this review. We have about 6-7 loads of laundry every week for our family. The dryer balls are holding up great! I don't know how long they're expected to last, but if we get 6 months out of them, I'll be super happy to buy another set.

These work really well for helping dry your clothes faster and taking off lint. You can add essential oil to them to make your laundry smell nice if you want.

These wool dryer balls are great! We were really skeptical about whether they'd be able to do anything to combat static in our laundry, and so far the results have been fantastic! We used to use brand-name chemical-filled dryer sheets in each load to try and keep the static down, but it still wasn't perfect. The wool dryer balls have really impressed us so far, at least equaling the anti-static protection we used to get from the chemical dryer sheets.I am very sensitive to scents, and there is no smell whatsoever with these wool dryer balls. We've been using all six in our large loads of laundry, and we're very happy. I can't speak to the claim of faster drying times as I always just set the dryer on its automatic moisture detection mode, but they're working great. I was also concerned of the potential for noise from the dryer balls bouncing around, but there was no need to worry -- I haven't noticed any increased noise with these. If you're on the fence, go for it -- you won't be disappointed, and the price on these is great. We've used them for about ten loads of laundry now, and I believe they'll last for a very long time before I have to buy more. Two thumbs up!

So I usually have to run my dryer two full cycles to get everything dry. Figured I'd see if these would help with that since other reviews were good. They're fantabulous!!! I washed an XL load, as always. Put all 6 of these in the dryer along with a dryer sheet and the huge load of clothes. The clothes/jackets/sweats - ALL of it was 90% dry after one cycle! I turned it back on for another 10 mins and EVERYTHING was DRY! No 120 mins needed! No dampness, no static and I'd say normal softness. They're fragrance free too, so I'm totally excited about these!

After using these for over a year now I can state with authority they were well worth the purchase. I always hated using fabric softeners due to their wastefulness, cost, damage done to the clothes, and even the artificial smell they gave clothes. Switching to these wool balls was 100% a positive change. I never get static charged clothing from the dryer, and my clothes are never stiff or clinging. Using the wool balls is an easy solution which avoids the harsh chemicals in dryer sheets and contributes zero waste to the landfill. I've used them for every load, consistently 3-5 loads per week for a family of four and they are in as good a condition now as the day I bought them.

First time I used these kind of laundry balls. They seem to be doing the job perfectly. Don’t give off a smell or anything like fabric sheets do. Not as many Wrinkles thats for sure but still some on certain materials. I did manage to loose 1 ball somewhere in my clothing, still haven’t found it. They tend to get sick in pant legs or sweater arms. ButOver all they are great.

Les boules font bien le travail de séchage mais après 8-10 séchages, on peut constater qu'elles deviennent ovales de plus en plus. J'ai des boules achetés localement 4 mois avant, plus dispendieuses et qui sont encore bien rondes. Espérant que leur durabilité et efficacité ne soient pas de courtes durées à cause de ça. Payer moins cher si ça ne dure pas, devient moins intéressant.

I've just bought this a week ago and been using it every time I have my laundry. It leaves my clothes soft ,unscented but not totally wrinkle free. but I would still recommend it because I am happy with the product because it is for sensitive skin like me.I just don't know if they will last long since I just purchased them a week ago! I cannot rate its longevity for now!

I received mine today and tried them right of way. Work like a charm. The only negative is I wish they came with a cotton bag to store them. Great product
