Nice looking
This shower drain is nice looking and easy to install. Like some of the other reviews say, it really does need to be longer so you can use it for a shower drain you are tiling. That is the only reason I give it only three stars.

Square drain
Terrific drain cover. We put it in our laundry room and tiled around it. Fits so much nicer than a round one and the stainless finish looks clean and current. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Thanks, Amazon

Not as shown in picture
The picture appearing with this review is the product I wanted. The one I received and will not be using is a cheaper version with a plastic insert instead of brass and a thin snap in strainer (with logos stamped into the metal on the finished side - wierd) rather than the thicker screw on one shown (without logos). The one received was OK for what it was but I wanted the better quality one for my shower.

So much easier to place tiles around square versus round drains. I guess that is why we couldn't find and square drains in stock at any of our nearby stores.
