Don’t know if all are a tight fit but mine sure is. But it’s possibly because the rim of the hole where it sits on the tank is bent from when Broke my OEM cap and had to force it out. That’s not the reason for the 4 stars though. The ‘chrome’ finish came off on some parts within the first two days.

Bought this replacement gas cap for my daughter's Rebel 250. Came home from work 2 days later to find it with the bike keys stuck in the cap. I finally managed to extract the cap from the bike, but the mechanism was completely seized. While I assume the seller would probably refund or replace the part, I opted to beat the part into fragments with a hammer. Won't be buying another.

While I was out riding the other day in the middle of nowhere I stopped for gas, and now the key is stuck in the cap and I would like a return label and full refund. Thank you!

Would have been nice if I actually received the gas cap in the package...Manufacturer has a number that doesn't work...Thankfully its not a lot of money but now I'm out a gas cap, money and still got to find one!

Keys need to be made of better material but all in all great stuff
