Is it possible to pay on delivery?

No. However, these are sold at Walmart! As of today, 1 Jan 2010, they're also $10.88. If you can get to a Walmart that has the dolls, you could pick one up in person 👍🏼

What is under his suit?

I'm unable to open the packaging because it is factory sealed, but I believe that he is wearing a white T-shirt under his suit.

Does the Jungkook doll have a nice and meaty feel?

It feels like a Ken doll, a Boy “Barbie”. I bought them all and my daughter is very happy with them.
