Amazing quality
I bought this product as a replacement for my aging Raspberry Pi 2. I finally decided on it after browsing through many different single board computer options. The Odroid N2 has a faster processor than most other single board computers and it has 4 GiB of DDR4 RAM. I currently use it for a whole bunch of things from hosting a Minecraft server to doing autonomous web scraping and data collection. I’m running a Debian-based operating system on it with a kernel that I cross-compiled from the latest HardKernel Ubuntu kernel. The CPU runs perfectly fine at the highest frequency and never exceeds 55 degrees Celsius. Overall, amazing quality for an ARM-based single board computer and I look forward to years of performance from it.

superb video and fast!
Difficult to beat this unit as a modern A/V player. I get great performance with CoreElec both audio and video top notch - I am seeing what my TV can do for the first time since having it for over a year!

Fast shipping and exactly what was expected
I purchased this replace a docker based application/environment that was running on a RPI3. The day this unit arrived I had the environment running on it within 30 minutes and the performance boost is quite pleasant.

complete waste of money
the spiboot image i downloaded from their website was not an spiboot image. and it bricked the device.

4 gang USB port block stopped sending power
Went to start my N2+ that I hardly used and found that no peripheral input device I added would work.So looked for the 5 volts you'd expect and got nothing. Not sure why it broke, but for as little as I actually used it the price is not worth a device that bricks our of no where.

N2 Model Seems to be Completely Broken by Design
There is something wrong with this model of Odroids and I would advice buying this myselfI've had several other Odroid and models like XU4 work great for years.I was very excited to upgrade my home theater to N2 as it was so much faster at everything. But within only a few days a bunch of problems started happening and I still have no idea what's causing them(I'm not alone too as the forum is full of similar posts describing strange issues)First it stopped booting from the SD card into Debian with no reasons giving, so I had to place everything on the eMMC and boot from thereWithin a few weeks one day it just stopped booting again and only a black screen appears.I tested SD and emmc and they work fine, but the N2 won't boot. No errors, no strange beeps. Just black screenThis black screen problem is a very common issue for many N2 owners as per forums and nobody knows why it's happening or how to fix it.For some people it just starts working again after some time, for me, I ended up retiring it and not using it again because I need something consistent.I live in Korea and tried to contact Odroid several times, but there is something shady going on with that company as they don't pick up their phones/answer emails and when I asked if I could come for a visit to check it with them they flat out refused to tell me where they were and quoted "privacy" as a reason not wanting to interact.Either way, don't buy this. Go with Pi4 - stability and support >> what appears to be powerful but is a lemon at the end
