KT Tape, Pro Synthetic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strip

Absolutely jazzed about this KT tape! The adhesive is a total rockstar—sticks like a dream and holds strong for days without budging. Whether I’m on the move or taking it easy, it stays right where I need it. Smooth application, no peeling drama, just pure support. I’m seriously impressed and so glad I grabbed this. Five stars and a standing ovation!

Love KT Tape - I use it to support my weak knee and it is much more comfortable than a brace. Fits better under long pants. Easy to apply and there are so many instructional videos available for correct ways to apply for various parts of the body. I have used it in past for my shoulder, tennis elbow, wrist and even thumb joint.

The tape it really works. Us as. they suggest but I ass more since my ankle need a lot of support.

This tape really works on protecting my knees and keeping them secure. I feel little to no pain when they are taped. when properly taped, the tape lasts for four days. I follow the directions on the box and cut the tape to have two pieces on my knee. The first is to position my knee correctly and the second is for support. To me this tape is better than the knee sleeves.

I returned this product even though I love and believe in KT tape. Unfortunately this was so sticky on my skin that I literally had to tear off my leg.

This tape is amazing for helping to recover from sprains and strains, as well as some of the regular aches and pains of aging! I love the pro tape because it stays on for a couple of days, but it doesn’t stick to the extent that it won’t come off my skin like the pro extreme. I always have a few rolls of this around the house…this generations “ace bandage”.

These tapes are quite long, but do help stabilize my knee and keep me pain free while playing tennis. (Waiting for a knee replacement.)
