I really enjoy this roller as it is very comfortable.The last roller I had was way too hard. This is a very solid roller but has a bit of cushion to it.I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a quality roller.

I was looking for a product to help me massage out my leg muscles after my runs. After researching what I could do for myself, looking for different products and reading various reviews, I stumbled upon and purchased this set of rollers. The price was reasonable and the customer product reviews are awesome so I thought I couldn't go wrong and I was right. The product definitely meets with my expectations. I've been using these daily for almost two weeks (I know, not a very long time) and love them. Without having anything else to compare it to, everything about these rollers is great. Each offers a different experience. The knobby roller digs a little deeper into the muscles without being to abrasive while the smooth roller offers a more, well, smooth, even massage. It would be nice if they were just a little bit wider but they're wide enough to get the job done. They did have that new plastic/rubber smell after I removed them from their packaging but it went away by the next day so it shouldn't be that big of a concern unless you're sensitive to that type of odor. Regardless, it's not a lingering smell. As for durability, they seem to be sturdy enough to be long lasting (but I've only been using them for a couple of weeks). And, if it means anything, I like these so much, I plan on buying a set for a friend of mine and I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had different Foam Roller before which was very firm and i liked it a lot. This one is not that firm which is also good depending on your preferences, because we all have different bodies and needs. I think its a good idea to have something like this and a firm one. You can switch them when you want something firm or when your muscles are too sensitive and you need something a bit softer, like this one.

Love the dual foams. The smaller one is definitely easy to use for the harder to get to areas and the larger one feels awesome on your back. This type of product is a hurt so good deal. I've had it for about a week so not sure on the long term durability but it seems like it would hold up to extensive use. I'm 5'2 and 140 pounds for reference. Product is as described and I'm happy with this purchase. For those who like kneading massages, this will suffice when you don't have an extra set of hands to roll out those knots!

Thanks to all of the other positive reviews I decided to take my chances and order this foam roller. I've never had any previous experience with this method but let me tell you it works! I completed a tough workout that tightened my muscles up and became very sore. By using this foam roller, I felt like I did not exercise at all! My body felt completely back to normal! Love this product!

I absolutely love this! I'm a college student and recently found out how wonderful foam rollers are after a vigorous workout. The ones that were offered at the gym I go to were much bigger and longer. I wanted something nice and easy to carry around (especially when I'm moving in and out of apartments). When I found this thing, I absolutely fell in love. Although it seems small, it literally does everything that a foam roller should do. Haven't used much of the small orange part of it, but I know for a fact that the bumpy one works wonders. Definitely a great investment.
