Peppermint Essential Oil, Large 4oz, 100% Pure, Best Therapeutic Grade

I was very disappointed in this product!! The writting on the bottle is completely rubbed off almost, where you can barely see it at all!! (that should have been the first clue!!) And one I opened it, the scent is barely even present!! I have ordered peppermint essential oils for a LONG time from places and stored it for forever without the scent going away, so to receive a product that has nearly no smell at all was upsetting!! I just waisted my money!!

Who doesn't love peppermint? Use it for sore muscles, as an aromatherapy pick me up, as a natural decongestant vapor treatment! Add a few drops to carrier oil and turn at your temples and base of your skull to help relieve headaches and migraines! Mix it with water and a drop of dish soap in a spray bottle for an organic pest repellent! Put a few drops in an oil warmer during your summer picnic and keep flies away from your food! This size is perfect, and it came with a dropper. Not good at all, Very weak oil, & the label ink is rubbing off, Cheap quality product. Never again waste my money on this brand.

The peppermint itself was fine. I know that though, because the bottle arrived with the cap half broken and most of it leaked out. However, the package itself smelled good with half a bottle of this spilled all over it.

I received a discount for the peppermint oil. The review and feedback are expressed from my honest opinions.The packaging was not very safe for a big bottle such as this. I noticed that the mailman dropped the package and I was lucky to receive it without any damage. I think a big bottle like this should be safely delivered in a small box but definitely not a bubble mailer.The bottle came with a separate dropper which I was pleased because I don't have one myself and it came in very handy.As for the peppermint oil I did not personally like the scent of it. Here is what happened:Opened the bottle and took a very small sniff. I do this too all essential oils because you don't know if the oil is strong or weak. Never take a deep breathe first time. The little sniff already told me that the oil is weak because the scent did not penetrate my lungs with a chilly sensation. From my experience, it lacks the depth, strength and that chilly sensation you get from just sniffing real peppermint (plant or oil).Sadly I could not feel it from this oil.The oil has a very faint sweet scent and the closest thing I can compare the fragrance and strength of this peppermint oil is to the "doublemint chewing gum".I also tested the oil by mixing a good amount of it with a carrier oil to see if it would freshen up my room with the smell. Although I didn't think the carrier oil was actually necessary I went ahead and test that. For the first day I could smell a very faint fragrance of the peppermint oil but on the third day I could no longer smell it. For this test I used about 3 tablespoons of a carrier oil and about 2 teaspoon of the peppermint oil.This peppermint oil however DOES stand up to its value which is why I gave it a 4 stars instead of a 3. It just might not last a long time due to its weakness. I will use this in my laundry and have my clothes freshen up in the scent.

Peppermint oil is one of my favorites so I was very glad to get to review this. This peppermint oil comes in a large 4oz glass bottle. It is 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oil. It has a fresh minty aroma. The bottle I received came with a plastic bulb type dropper, but did not have a dropper in the lid... I am not sure if it is supposed to but I also got the  Oil of Youth Tea Tree Essential Oil Pure Best Therapeutic Grade, Large, 4 Fluid Ounce  and it did come with a dropper in the lid as well as the plastic dropper.As far as the oil goes it seems very good. My favorite way to use peppermint oil is to soak my feet. Just add a couple drops to your hot water and it is heaven trust me and try it! It also works great for headaches. And another thing is spiders and ants hate it so add a couple drops to a spray bottle full of water and spray where you don't want to see spiders. It really works.
