Good Cheap Kit
Needed a knife set for a new job and these have exceeded my expectations, very sharp, definitely stainless steel as mine have sat in water and gotten no stains or surface rust. They are sharp and are holding up after one month of daily use. My only downside I saw was my carrying bag had wanky stitching on the inside and was slightly ripped (small tare) when I received it before even using it, however it is in the inside, not noticeable and does not effect the carrying case or my knives at all. Just a small cosmetic issue and doesn't deter me from giving this product 5 stars.
