Bad Reaction
This product made my breast bright red. I had prophylactic mastectomies several years ago (without chemo or radiation), and I took sulforaphane a few years later. Well, my breast kept getting red without an infection, so my surgeon said that it was likely a histamine response in an area without the same lymphatic flow. I stopped taking it, and the redness went away.

Great deal, great product, but it did increase my anxiety levels at the recommended dose, so...now I know. Good luck and enjoy the health it has to offer

For those that have trouble swallowing tablets this one may not be for you - especially if you don’t like the taste of broccoli! I have both issues so will be looking for a capsule next time.
