This item is exactly like the pictures. I'm very pleased with it! My phone has survived a few drops since using this case and so far so good. I love the kickstand. I use it more often than I thought I would. My only complaint would be the screen protector that came with it. It does not cover my whole screen from left to right. It's ok to use for now until I order my usual screen protectors.

Phone case is made of high quality material. It is rubbery not like the cheep plastic phone cases. The openings for charger and ear buds are perfect and the buttins work well with out having to press hard. Like those hard plastic ones. I just bought a spare case for later. I think it might be a long time.

This was my second one.I relied on the metallic plate to hold my phone to a magnetic car stand.Adhesive on plate failed within a month.I drive enough that this is a problem.I would accept a replacement and apology.Fyi, the Failure Mode for my first case was the ring pin. It let go when I was using it, but the rugged case did it's job. That was almost a full year. That's why I came back.

For the money, this is a very good case. It's not waterproof, but for the money, I wouldn't expect that. The only quibble I have with it really is that the screen protector it comes with isn't much more than cling wrap, but again, with the price point, what can you expect? It's grippy. I don't use the kick stand, but it seems functional, and the stand also works as a ring holder, which I also don't use. I like the color. Really, I couldn't ask for much more for the price.

My husband and I ordered 2 of these cases. I got a red one, and he got a purple one. Mine came in a nice black box with a charger and a hard screen protector. The purple one came in a heavy duty plastic bag with a charger and a flimsy plastic screen protector. The hard protector went on easily with no problems but the plastic cover ended with a lot of tiny bubbles and the area where the tab was connected (in the upper left) will not stick. I don't know why they were not the same, but buyer beware. We will have to buy new protector for the purple one.

My daughter ordered this because purple was a new color and the rest of the family had these covers and loved them. They're really durable and protective, and this purple is just so pretty. It's lighter and more vivid than what is pictured. She loves it.
