Great bike for the price!
Great looking bike for the value! I did add a couple things, my preference. I went with aluminum pedals and changed the tires to road tires (since that’s what I’m mainly doing). I also changed the hand grips, mainly for the color, but any of the stock items would do just fine. I did go over every bolt and made sure they were tightened, as in shipping things can get bounced around. I also adjusted the front brake, as well as both de-railers to get it working smoothly. This would be done with any bike assembly though. The bike is very smooth and rides great. No complaints here, and I’m very pleased with the purchase so far.

Updated!
Second update: Received 15% refund. I appreciate that they've made an effort to correct the issues with the bike!Update 1.5 months after purchase:After initially being ignored by Hilamd's customer service, I posted the review below and 1 star. Customer service emailed me! After a series of emails, photos, & screen shots, Hiland acknowledged that the bike should have come with trigger style gear shifters. The front wheel decals are actually correct, but the back wheel ones are backwards (and so are all the decals on their stock photo bike).SOLUTION: Hiland offered to send a set of gear shifters, send a set of decals, and refund 15%. I agreed that was a very fair & acceptable solution. The gear shifters and decals arrived late last week and are now installed. They work beautifully, and we're looking forward to taking the bike for a spin soon! I have not had a chance to install the decals yet, and I have not yet received a refund. I've bumped this to 3 stars and will add another when they've followed through with that as well.I was initially quite angry with Hiland's handling of this, but I give them credit for eventually acknowledging the problems and trying to make it right. I can respect that. Big thanks to Chloe at Hiland, who has been emailing me off & on for over a month now, trying to get this resolved.Original review:STOP! DON'T BUY THIS! This bike is NOT as described, not as pictured!! I contacted their customer service, both through Amazon and through Hiland, and they don't care and refuse to do anything!First, the product details specifically say this has a trigger style gear shifter. IT DOES NOT! This was not included in the box, and the seller has refused to correct this. They responded that it has gear shifters. Obviously! But they are not the style their product details said would be included!Second, the paint job on the front wheel is BACKWARDS! The white arrow detail that's supposed to point forward paints back towards the pedals instead, opposite from the back wheel. The wheel can't just be turned around; it has to be mounted that direction. According to the seller, it's just fine.Their customer service is appallingly bad and I'm sincerely angry that we bought this expensive of a bike only to find out it's not what they claimed, and their QC is nonexistent.Pictures of the CLEARLY NOT TRIGGER STYLE gear shifters and the wonky, stupid paint job are attached.

total dissapointment, Cheap handlebar stem, terrible transmission and crooked front wheel.
The media could not be loaded. I was thrilled to purchase this bike, excited about its affordable price and appealing appearance. However, my enthusiasm quickly faded as I assembled and tested it.The first issue was with the handlebar stem. Despite tightening the screw to the maximum, the stem wouldn’t fully engage with the fork. Suddenly, during a turn, the stem moved independently, causing the front wheel to remain straight. The second problem was the crooked front wheel, which was evident and felt during use.The third issue was the transmission. Shifting gears was not smooth, and the chain would jump several times before settling into the next sprocket.I contacted Amazon support, who sent a replacement bike. Unfortunately, the replacement also came with a crooked front wheel and a transmission that jumped even worse than the original. The only improvement was that the stem was properly tightened, and there was no movement.Frustrated, I called Amazon again and decided to return both bikes.

Looks great, rides good!
I needed a new bike and this one looked awesome with the 3 spoke wheels! I also wanted something lighter than my old MTB and this one is, nothing too dramatic but it’s quite a bit easier to carry around and maneuver. I’ve only risen it about 4 or 5 times now (about 10 miles each) but it feels good and hasn’t given me any issues. I spend awhile getting the brakes and wheels adjusted when first assembling it, but I feel any bike you have to put together is going to need that treatment. The shocks felt very stiff out of the box but there is an adjusted so I loosened it up as much as I could and it rides better on my path now. I’d recommend this bike! Will update if anything catastrophic or unexpected happens to it.

Highland 26" Bicycle
The bike is very comfortable and it rides nice, when it's not having a flat or going up or down hills. I love the three spoke tires, because they are so unique. However the back tire keeps leaking air. I purchased two of these bicycles, one for my husband and one for myself. The very first day my husband got on his, he had two blowouts. My bike tires lasted quite awhile, then I had two blowouts as well. The first time mine blew out, I was two miles from my car and had to walk back. The second blowout was just outside my door. We bought two or three replacement tubes and they had leaks in them, close to the seam, so we think it was a bad lot of replacements. Then we went to a different store and we tried a "slime" back tire and that seemed to hold for several rides. That too, leaked after time passed. We went to a bike shop and purchased tubes from them, they also leaked. I'm on my probably 8th or 9th back tire tube in less than a year. So, there is something wrong with the tire to cause so many leaks and blowouts. My gears do not shift properly, and my husband's bike has the same issue. His gears don't work either. I can use the middle 7, but the low and high gears keep shifting and skipping or the chain gets stuck. Same for my husband. Also, he had another issue with his wheel as well. I wouldn't recommend this bike to anyone.
