Very good quality
First of all, shame on anyone who leaves a bad product review for an item because they couldn't learn how to use it. The review should be a reflection on the quality of the product, not your lack of athletic ability! I'm an old roller blader from back in the day. Never learned how to skateboard but for some reason, I was drawn to these things. I've spent about 8 hours teaching myself how to use them, and as you can see in my photo, they are holding up nicely. Just a few dings and scrapes here and there. Great learner set. Maybe even a good long term set, we'll see.

Great cheap skates
If you think FreeSkating looks interesting but your not sure you can learn and don’t want to invest the $120 for a pair of premium JMK skates then this is a great starter pair. I purchased these because I wanted to see if I could even learn to free skate in the first place. After learning on these skates I upgraded to a pair of JMK skates which were light years better in terms of quality. Trucks and deck are solid, worst feature is probably the bearings and wheels which make for a stiffer ride. As I mentioned, these are great for beginners who may drop the sport immediately or who are tight on a budget. But if you want something that will last, just get yourself a pair of JMKs.

Easy and quick to get into!
So the product is pretty cheap and accessible to use for its price. The grip tape is bad when I got it, so I just got new grip tape and it worked wonderfully. The wheels wore out pretty fast too but I recommend if you plan to keep these, you should get cruiser skateboard wheels. It’ll feel ten times better. But if your looking for something more durable and just better quality I highly recommend just to get JMK free skates.

Fun thing to learn!
I saw these online and thought "I have to buy these" and let me tell you, they don't disappoint! They are quite difficult to learn at first, but after a few hours I was able to go a little ways with them. They are very unique and use a lot of muscles that other things similar don't use. Overall, I think these are a lot of fun if you're into skateboards, roller blades, rip sticks, or give a unique gift to a kid who loves balancing.

It's ok
It's not bad for the price, the grip tape did come with a little mold which is concerning it also wasn't put on completely straight so it's crooked. But the wheels feel good for $40 dollar skates, had a weird fake walnut smell to them when I opened the box.

Learning curve is STEEP
So to be honest I havent been on these in awhile because not long after I got them I sprained my ankle really bad (Separate incident) and I havent tried them out anymore. What I can say is I have watched multiple videos and before accident tried them out a good bit and still couldnt get that movement and motion down. I think I need a smoother surfaced area with some type of wall that I can put my hands against to start me off. I want to love them and I want to get used to them so I will keep trying but it is very tricky.
