Styling Essentials Natural Boar Bristles Hair Brush, Round Comb Twill 2.4-Inch

A pure boar bristle brush doesn't actually make it through my hair. The added nylon bristles help a whole lot. This is the first brush that actually styled my hair straighter, removing some of the volume. It added shine and reduced frizz enough that my straight iron actually worked. All with fewer styling products and no breakage. I didn't lose bristles and the brush didn't get tangled in my hair. In conclusion, I highly recommend this brush and am starting my collection with this brand.

Bristle were very nice and the with was perfect. Trouble was the slippery thin wooden handle. It looks beautiful but was not practical. It kept slipping, making hold the brush tighter. After about 2 minutes f use my hands and forearm would get exhausted.This was even more noticeable when I was using oil base products and my hands were even more slippery

Not at all as advertised. Small handle difficult to hang on to trying to dry hair, Bristles too short to grab hair effectively, constantly having to start over reroll, and because barrel is wood, air does not flow, hair stays wet.If I'd used sooner, definitely would have returned it - don't buy this item unless you want to be frustrated, add extensive drying time to your process, having to either keep redoing rolls or untangling longer hair that gets caught in the bristles.Very poorly designed, sorry I ordered, waste of money.

I would not recommend this brush for curly haired persons. The bristles are too dense, that if you have frizzy hair, it's hard to run it through. I recommend you brushing your hair with a regular brush first after washing your hair, and this would alleviate any knots - still, if you have thick hair, I don't recommend purchasing this.

I have been meaning to purchase a round brush for a while to use while blowdrying my hair. I really like this one so far. My hair occasionally gets stuck but I think that's to be expected with the boar bristles.

Awesome brush! I love this for my bangs. Sturdy handle and worth the money. I've had a lot of cheap brushes and this one is worth every penny.

Extremely odd smell making you nauseous. Long plastic bristles are very hard and not flexible. Ugly varnish blot on handle - no quality control checks

Bought as a gift for the wife. She is amazed at how much better it works than her typical 8 dollar plastic paddle brushes from the big box stores.

I plan to return this. Cheap Chinese-made plastic item. The bristles look synthetic and much more sparse than the picture. Useless for fine, flyaway or frizzy hair.

Love this brush for getting really sleek smooth hair. Because it is on the diagnol and really dense, it creates more tension when blow drying which is great when you need more sleekness for frizzy hair. If you have super thick hair, you’ll just have to really separate your hair into chunks for drying because otherwise the density of this brush can make it hard to comb through without pulling or getting caught.

This brush was horrendous! It couldn't comb through dry hair and definitely not through wet hair. My hair got tangled up so badly that I had to get a pair of scissors to snip my hair off. Worse brush ever!!! Is now sitting in the bin!
