I like these sticks, they seem to be stronger, and they don`t break as easy as the traditional tan hickory sticks.

These sticks are very durable and I love that I got an extra pair. They began to slip slightly when my hands got sweaty, but other than that I would totally buy another batch.

I've been using the Vic Firth 5As for several years now as my primary stick. They have great weight and balance and the wood tips don't create that overly bright sound you get with plastic/nylon tips. I play in a classic rock band so I need something to play a wide range of stuff from the Beatles to Led Zeppelin without constantly changing sticks. These do the job. The 4 for 3 deal brings the cost down to just over $7 per pair which is a great deal. Highly recommend these sticks and this deal.

Best sticks I’ve ever owned. Used to use SD1 Generals, switched to these and I’m never going back. Light but sturdy, paint doesn’t come off on my drums and have great grip for being painted.

These are my favourite sticks, but I gave a low star-rating because the price has more than doubled since I made my purchase. I won't be buying these again, unless the price goes back down to normal. Maybe I'll check back in a few months.
