I bought these for my 3-year-old in preparation for a Florida family vacation which would include Disney World.With shoes on, she was less than 1/4-in. shy of 40-in., which would have kept her from riding a few of Disney’s most iconic rides, e.g., Big Thunder Mountain & Tiana’s Bayou Adventure (aka Splash Mountain.)I bought 3 different brands so that we could compare & then keep the one we liked best.Our pick of the “Dr. Foot: Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift Inserts,” over the other 2 brands, was a swift & easy decision to make.Primary Review Points:- Accurate product description & specifications.- High quality, durable material- Effective adhesive- 3-tiered design allows for a wide range of flexible multi-use- ComfortableWe only needed 2 of the 3 inserts in each shoe to close the little height gap &, although I was a bit worried about them potentially causing uncomfiness, she made it very clear of how super comfy they were.Once we returned home from our family vacay, my mom & I have both used one of the clear layers for each of our primary pair of sneakers & they definitely help a ton.All around excellent product!

These inserts had been recommended for plantar fasciitis. I ordered these in med and large sizes. They do fit in shoes well, because of their adhesive backing, they stay put, offer cushioning and offer comfort for that condition. Can't speak to their role or effectiveness long term at this point. The size difference between med and large products I received is mainly in width and negligibly in length.This was a replacement order because the original shipment of the medium size was of a used product as evidenced by the different packaging, the hair and dirt against the adhesive "layers", and sandy texture on the microfiber inserts. Praise to Amazon for its quick replacement.

I had to replace my shoes and decided to upgrade from my extremely cheap insert at the same time. I need them in only one shoe to fix an uneven gait due to height differences with my legs. These have been a huge upgrade, especially considering the cost! One of the issues I had with the old one was that it was too wide for my shoe which contributed to damaging the shoe. These are the perfect width to sit in the shoe properly. This one has stood up to daily usage without the adhesive so much as slipping slightly, and I can't even feel the presence of the insert when I'm wearing my shoes. It's comfortable, it's very functional, and I like that it's also discreet; someone really has to be looking into my shoe when I'm not wearing it to notice there's an insert in there.

OK, maybe I'm just cheap, but I bought these with the intention of using them in whatever pair of shoes I am wearing that day, switching them as needed. So these arrive, three different lifts that you can stick together to create level you prefer (use one, two or three - or technically, if you don't want them in both shoes, you could get one lift as high as 6 levels together). First glitch was that it was tricky to line them up exactly when sticking them together, and once they are together, good luck prying them apart to reposition. Each layer has the sticky part covered with a slick, clear plastic. In theory, that shouldn't be a problem, but it also means that when all 3 layers are stuck together, the bottom still has that plastic, unless you are willing to uncover the sticky. So I put them in my shoes, and as the day went on, I soon discovered that the plastic cover makes them slick, and they slide around in my shoes. I dealt with it for a few days, and then realized that the plastic cover was starting to come off anyway, so I decided to just remove it and stick them in the shoes, hoping that they would transfer to other pairs without too much trouble. This is working for now, and the inserts stay in place while wearing them, but peeling them up and putting them in a different pair of shoes is not all that easy. I also noticed that they are definitely showing signs of wear and permanent indentations after only a couple weeks of use, which means that they are no longer lifting as much as they should. I suspect they won't last much longer and I'll need new lifts. I will definitely choose a different brand for my next ones and watch for a something that will transfer to different pairs better.

Great heel cushion for preventing blisters. It elevates the back of your foot so in some shoes or sneakers it doesn’t rub. Like the adjustability if it.

So far so good, needed 5-10MM for a short leg. Comes with 3 layers. Only needed 2 which came out to about 8MM, so it was easy to use. Comfortable enough, I’ve started to forget I’m even wearing it! Stable, the adhesive doesn’t move. Based off reviews I’m careful and cautious when taking my shoe off. I think that’s why it’s stayed in my shoe right where I’ve put it. Would buy again. I have narrow size 7 woman’s feet.
