Works Great, but makes suspension very stiff.
I bought these for my 2000 Ford F-150 2WD. Over the years the coil springs have weakened causing the front end to dip around 2 inches lower than the back. This frontward lean was driving me crazy, so after much involved research I decided to try these Daystar 2.5" spacers.Installation took roughly 7 hours, including traveling back and forth into town to grab parts (about 10 miles). The funny thing about taking loose 12 year-old suspension parts is that they don't always stay intact. I had to replace both shocks and my left upper ball joint due to bold breakage or strippage (they needed replaced anyway). I did the drivers side first and it took a lot of figuring out (I'm not much for following directions). What ultimately needed to be done was to remove the shock, disconnect the upper ball joint, remove the break line holder (to give it slack), the tie rod end, and the stabilizer, in that order. Then, with the vehicle securely frame-supported on jack stands, I had an assistant push the swing-arm down almost to the ground with his foot, while I removed the spring, added the spacer, and placed the spring back in the exact same position (watch the notch in the bottom crib). Then there was a dance of jacking up the swing-arm and prying on the spring to get it to seat which involved a lot of cursing and throwing things. The second one went in considerably faster. The truck is certainly stiffer in the front. It actually rides more like a 4WD with torsion bars now, which I don't mind. The levelness is well worth the extra-stiffness. I also feel like it handles turns better since it doesn't sway as much. Above all else, the psychological relief of not having a saggy truck is well worth the time and expense in my opinion. It certainly could be cheaper though!Update: After having it for a year, it definitely does have a noticeable effect on stiffness. I find myself avoiding bumps in the road now, and speed bumps are grouling. I think the stiffness also played a hand in my ball joints all finally wearing out, because I've replaced all of them this year. I will replace these with new coils when I have the money. It is still worth it for me because of the levelness but there's definitely a cost to ride comfort and mechanical stress.

Work Great, Pain to Install
Worked perfectly to level my 2000 F-150 Base. What a nightmare to install though. Adding two inches to your spring height really makes it difficult to re-install the springs. Maybe you have better spring compressors than I did but the shoe on the compressor would get jammed in the spring once I fastened the ball joint. Had to hammer it out. Lucky for me it was a rented spring compressor, though I don't think I did it any real harm. Worth it in the long run though. I was able to fit 285/75R16 MT's under the truck with no problem.

Well, it works
First off, I got mine super cheap, so of course I think it's worth the money. The ride is now like a 4wd. I've noticed off road performance is way better, not really a rough ride. It is a little stiffer than normal on regular roads. And boy was it a pain to install. But all that said, with the look, it's definitely worth it.
